Is the UN Development Program dumping evidence in the name of housecleaning?

With scandals brewing around UNDP activities in Burma and North Korea after key documents were thrown in the shredder, you would think the agency would be at pains to preserve its records. Wrong. PajamasXpress blogger Claudia Rosett reveals that the UNDP has been quietly arranging to scrap computer servers that could hold important information.
