UN Wants Us to Fight Terror with Overseas Gender Operations

    Unless we bring Afghanistan into the 20th century with economic development and a role for women in society and not being a theocracy, we’re not going to move them away from the Taliban, ever. But, if the cities have jobs, people move out from the caves and the Taliban no longer have a recruitment base.
