Their "committment" to feminism is that of the horny BS artist in a singles bar, willing to say anything to get in his target's pants. Their support of abortion is straightforward, since a true gentleman always pays for his girlfriends' abortions. Since their leftist intolerance already predisposes them to discount the basic humanity of a Malkin or Ham, and since they don't look on women in any context other than sexual, they're free to fantasize about rape with a clear conscience. Or, as moptop astutely notes, it's not like they (conservative women) are human. As such they aren't even due the lip service a horndog gives his prospective target.
