I’ve encountered a ridiculous and crazy judgment made by Richmond Court..
SQUATTERs are not TENANTs!!

I’ve lost sleep for several weeks, and was agonized by an extremely ridiculous case that hapened since last sumer …
As a result, I was discriminated and prejudiced at court in Richmond CA

As a victim and landlord, my property was trespassed and illegally occupied by some strangers, and
I’ve tried to call help from Richmond police, but they said it was a “civil
matter”, and after suffering for 3 months, I called
the police to arrest some of them from conducting criminal activities,
but the these people sued me
for damaging their belongings and
for denying them from coming back to their “home” (where they illegally
occupied, stayed for free and conducting criminal activities..
I’ve submitted all evidence and provided witness/photos, but the judge
didn’t take it, and the judgment said these trespassers, who have
no permission from me, to occupy my apartment at
S. 55th St. (Small Claim RSC09-***9) are “TENANTS”, and
may enjoy the “tenant’s right 789.3″

I’ve provided all signed document and definition to testify these, and
the judge stop me from making further statement and ignore these evidence
(Exhibit A, B, C to M) (about 20 pages submitted, presented and described at hearing),
and, as a result we don’t get any money,
but ironically we have to pay these tresspassers some money,
(just a written damage list coming from nowhere..)
and it is not only a matter of money,
but it’s a matter of losing justice, and
helping these bad people keep hurting other landlords and killing our community..
The superior court in Richmond exclude those substantial evidence I (“Asian-looking”)
provided and
21 police report provided by Police Officer (“Hispanic looking”)
, and believe a verbal
story made by “white-looking” plaintiff
I have two document, which was signed and confessed by the plaintiff with his signature, and
the new witness, another officer, signed on 08/09/2009 and 09/02/2009, the
judge ignore these “black-and-white” evidence, and this is a clear “discrimination” against me
under RACE, and the judge made a preferential treatment for the plaintiff under RACE, this
is against state constitution 31(a) and federal constitution amendment 14.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH OUR SOCIETY!!!! Whether a girl was”asking for it” by being in the wrong crowed or was a perfect angel, NO ONE DESERVES TO BE GANG RAPPED!!! (By the way, how dare any one say she was asking for it!!!) No matter of race, creed or sex, NO ONE DESERVES TO BE RAPPED!!! Being 15 and 16, these “children” have the biological make up to already understand what is right or wrong. Yes, their brains are not fully developed until about 22 or 23, BUT RAPE IS CLEARLY WRONG!!! These boys need to be charged as adults! Who cares if they were hispanic, black or white or not?!!?! Do not give them a get out of jail free card because of their race!!! We do not need these rapists in our society, no more than we need to shoot our selves in the leg!!! Rapists make me agree with the death penalty…For all those who watched, “Do unto others as you would have do unto you…” One day, when you are dying and screaming in agony, let all others just stand there and watch. Our society need to STOP popularizing a rape frame of mind, and severely criminalizing it!! Young people having sex and doing drugs with parents who could care less, schools that teach nothing, and society who makes those kids look COOL. Again I say, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH OUR SOCIETY!!! I feel almost scared to let my kids and the next generation out of the house.

This is just a display of the ignorance we allow. There are plenty of laws in place to deal with these incidents, but we as a people allow our judges, representatives, senators and other politicians to cloud the water with agendas. The law is the law…stop making excuses for animals who think they can do anything they want, deal with them and keep them off the streets.

It’s amazing how all these comments have a phrase on ‘Black people’ in them. As the community is 70% Hispanic, please don’t lump all of the minorities into one group.
Who’s the Blame? The school administrators, the school security, parents to a lesser degree, and EVERY ONE who saw this attack and said nothing.
This is American culture-the individualist mindset-all about ME and no sense of a community-no thought that this girl could be your sister, your mother. Sickening and selfish. I am a lawyer, and I know there MUST be some law that can put the onlookers in jail.
