To regulate content is one of the most egregious violations of the right of free speech imaginable. Political speech is/should be the most highly protected form of speech possible. This should be challenged in the supreme court, along with the McCain Feingold act. This is a far more serious issue that the attempt to silence talk radio, which is bad enough.
