this is great!! Gay and conservetive!!! an out of closet gay!! Thanks to ACLU otherwise she will still be screwing her partner in a closet some where in Houston!!!!!! That could be hot though!!!
Well, thanks for the facts, sirs. I kept hearing “first gay mayor of major U.S. city” and reading huzzahs as I slummed through the lefty blogs. I was wondering what the hell her political orientation was, but no one reporting on the Momentous Precedent seemed to know.
I have lived in Houston for 27 years. This was a completly idiotic video. Please, if you’re going to post “news’ about Houston politics, do some research. Anise Parker, a DEMOCRAT, will replace Bill White, a very popular DEMOCRAT) as the new mayor of Houston (a BIG CITY). And, Houston has had an African-American mayor (Lee Brown 1998-2004). Get a clue, folks, Democrats in Texas are conservative — more conservative than Republicans in Maine. The South is different. Republicans in Texas are crazy-a** secessionists. Anise Parker is a typical Texas Democrat.

“Anise Parker is a typical Texas Democrat.”
So Texas Democrats are typically gay! Wonder how Big John Cornyn feels about that?
