You are mistaken. The reason that most (but not all, as BettyBlue helpfully pointed out) of the ACLU’s Establishment Clause cases involve promotion of Christianity is because Christianity is the dominant religion in the U.S. Think about it: what would it take for a representative government body to promote Islam? It would require a majority-Islam community. There are very few of those. One, apparently, is in Minnesota. AND THE ACLU IS SUING FOR PROMOTING ISLAM IN VIOLATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT CLAUSE.
