Steve Jobs is a great innovator, but a terrible tyrant. It may be good for the face of Microsoft, but the teams that got used to not working with him are in shell shock. Also, seems like Apple is returning to its roots, ie play by our rules or you don’t play at all. Hence the app store fiasco, cracking iPhones that are “Obviously the fault of the customer”. I am thinking it would be better if Jobs were just a figure head and not actually at the helm.

I like this quote from Steve Jobs very much: Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower. It says much about, how he thinks and acts.
