Nuff said.

I wonder if any of the Paulian rabid ones have actually read his latest book. The intro alone would be enough to sink him if he got the nomination.

These quotes seem to indicate that Ron Paul is, or has been, frustrated with a welfare state targeting blacks to provide easily manipulated wards of the state. He also seems to be frustrated with political correctness measures that have been adopted by society in general and he seems to think that these standards prevent objective and honest discussion of social problems such as violent and property crime committed by members of inner city black populations. Once again, read the quotes and don’t add any suggested content not actualy in the quotes and see if you can find anything to contradict this view of the article.

Some of his conspiracy theory quotes are a little wierd, some are not so wierd (although they might be if greater context was given).

Nothing here looks like a reason for a person to decide against voting for him. That said, I WOULDN’T VOTE FOR THIS GUY IF HE WERE IN THE GENERAL ELECTION RUNNING AGAINST H. RODHAM RATCHET HERSELF.

But the reason for my dissatisfaction with the views of Ron Paul stem not from quotes attributed to back issues of a Ron Paul newsletter, but rather to the statements of Ron Paul in course of his campaign: THE MAN IS AN ANTIWAR MOONBAT.

The most important and immediate responsibility of a president is to meet the responsibilities of commander-in-chief in defense of the United States. Ron Paul’s statements on 9/11 and Iraq lead me to believe that he would entirely forego those responsibilities and I will not have him as President.

Fortunately, he has about as much of a shot at candidacy as I do.

I used the term “Savior” on purpose because many of his followers are like Evangelical Christians speaking about Jesus- it’s all about singing the praises of His Glory while forgetting he was also actually an actual human with human tendencies and flaws.

Plus, like Jesus, Paul may be slandered by a few but in general he gets damned good press and has a vocal and starry-eyed following. Everywhere you go on the ‘net, every conversation regarding any problem in the entire world is peppered with “Vote Ron Paul! He’ll fix it!” Kind of like “Accept the Lord- He’ll fix it!”

And, those who are not Paulians are looked upon as blasphemous traitors of The Cause by the followers of Paul.

Truly it is becoming old.
