Dutchie,

Don't kid yourself with the Americans coming to France to help you guys out. We don't even have any real military presence at America, our entire army is all over the world, although most is in Japan, Iraq and Afghanistan and Middle Eastern countries. While America is unprotected as more illegal immigrants from Mexico continue to flow in to take the American Southwest from us.

We bought the land from the Mexicans a long time ago, and they want it back? Back to my point, my point that is - don't hope for anyone from America to help you. As long those Muslim youth continue to bring Paris to it's knees, entire Europe will be brought to it's knees.

That's why you don't let any non-white immigration in any white countries. they're more trouble than they are even worth it.

What are you drinking mon amie? A Clalfornia Merlot perchance? Moon is a Faux amis, from the Norman French, "deMoen" which, of course, those shopkeepers could not get straight when we went over there. Sigh. c'est la vie. But what does it ll realy matter? We twiddle while Paris burns. I think Foucault would be better suited for this moment - his brilliant thesis of the reality of futility as opposed to Baudrillard's crass suggestions as to the use of precultural sublimation to analyse language. Riots? What is "riot?" "Islam". What Islam? How absurd when, in reality, truth is fundamentally dead anyways. Ah, what a sunset with the glowing buildings silhoutetted in the foreground! Magnifique!

Monsieur Paules: That is quite the blase attitude towards riots, mais non? No wonder Paris is burning. French people must rediscover their joie de vivre, or they will be abolished by their own insouciance.

BMOON,

You are well-named, you who bemoon (arghh!) the obvious without appreciating the ironies. The great tete de m***e of the academy is no more. He is but compost, fertilizer for daisies, in point of fact an ex-philosophe. Take heart and be of good cheer in the full knowledge that his loss is most certainly our gain. Derridian thought and Islam have much in common. The concept of "zero" comes to mind. Muslim mathematicians invented the idea, but only Derrida could wrap the concept in notions so erudite as to render the expression totally meaningless! I can hardly wrap my mind around it. Islam invented nothing, but Derrida expressed it in ways unfathomed by average minds. This was true genius. Garcon! A bottle of Pernot for the table!

I am really sorry for the two africans who died in these circumstances and if the police did not assist them, well that's also very wrong but we law-abiding people are FED UP with the violence that these people are causing. What do they want, break the law and get away with it. Those who don't like it should just leave or be deported. then they know what it means, it is not fair for many foreign law or other immigrant law abiding citizens to bear the brunt because of these highly organised gangs who apparently have ulterior motives.

Mr. Paules,
Oui. But alas, what could be the meaning of the word, "riot," in a post-capitalist predialectic form of nationalism, as in the case of France, except for the very meaninglessness of consciousness, or rationalism and the posttextual paradigm of context?

Dear Derrida, where are you now to sort all this out for us?
