from the business, still aloof from the realities we face. Patrushev, the Russian national security council head, has answered the entreaties of the Nobel One, with a suggestion of a first strike against the enemy,
talk about ‘rearing your head’ The Taliban and AQ is on a rampage in Pakistan, while the President finishes his waffle, deciding whether
the ‘war of necessity’ demands that level of resources. The Iranians are perilously close to
finishing their bomb.

#89 Marcus Aurelius…A stupid person makes judgments without sufficient evidence. Have you ever spent anytime with Sarah? Do you think she became governor of Alaska because she is stupid? I submit that you do not have enough information to conclude she or GWB are stupid or that Obama is extremely smart. I assume they are probably all reasonably smart, I would say, most likely smarter than Marcus Aurelius!

There’s just one detail with which I take exception: Sarah Palin is NOT a smart woman.

I’ve met truck stop diner waitresses that know more about the world than she does! The only people I have ever met that like her are Christian zealots who will vote for anyone with a crucifix hanging on their neck, and gun nuts who will vote for anyone that smells like cordite!

Sarah Palin is not smart, she’s a terrible public speaker and a walking dartboard for late-night comic jokes. Cripes! She makes Bush look like a MENSA recruiter!

She might be honest and she might have a work ethic that would shame a Marine, but SMART?!

Re: the title of this piece & #2 Brian. Is it just me, or are you people erroneously using the noun misogynist for the adjective misogynistic? “Imus gets misogynist” is like saying “Imus gets woman hater.” Is anyone else besides little ‘ol persnickety me annoyed by this?
Have you people ever heard of a dictionary? You know, one of those antiquated things with hard covers & paper pages in between, and words written on the pages, which includes definitions, spellings & pronounciations of the words?

Sarah Palin is great, and the more the left attacks her, the more I like her, and I already like her a lot. She inspires and excites, plus she attracts bigger crowds than John McCain (who?) ever did. Not to mention she practically single-handedly brought down the corrupt good ‘ol boy system in AK. Sarah Palin earned every vote she got when she ran for City Council, Mayor & Governor. She didn’t connect up with or marry power, she earned it herself. It drives the left crazy that she was Governor, is married to a man’s man, and on top of all that, takes care of 4 (5? 6?) kids in her spare time. I hope she becomes President. With Sarah in the Oval Office, you can bet we’d be drilling for oil here and not have to depend on the whims of maniacal, egocentric sheiks for oil.
Now, (apologies to Dr. Zira) if only she wasn’t so ugly . . . . . GO SARAH!!!
