Yesterday Sarah was on a Fairbanks radio station and she sure did not sound in any way "irratic" and she was talking about gun bills that she just signed. You can listen to her on that show if you go to conservatives4palin.com. That is the best site ever to keep up with all that goes on with Sarh Palin.

Overnight I had another thought...Palin's decision has been described as "erratic" etc....however, what of Sanford and Edwards who each made decisions to abandon their wives and children, figuratively speaking...one with four little kids and one whose wife was fighting cancer. Gosh, I didn't hear anyone describe these decisions as "erratic". I am not one to wear my femaleness (!) on my shirtsleeve but can anyone else also see the closet mysogyny here? afterall...we know women can be hysterical and erratic especially when under pressure (like perhaps carrying a downs syndrome child to term is no pressure at all). Certainly, making a decision that one perceives to be in the best interests of the people she serves at the same time that it furthers your individual goals and serves your family has to be "erratic" doesn't it?

Sarah Palin for RNC chair?!

Forbes has an interview with Shannyn Moore. Here's the last question:

Forbes: There is talk that Sarah Palin may replace outgoing Republican National Committee chair Michael Steele. Do you know anything about this?

Moore: I've heard talk about it, but at this point it's just a rumor.

http://www.forbes.com/2009/07/10/shannyn-moore-sarah-palin-business-media-moore.html

Howard Dean flamed out spectacularly in 2004 and came roaring back as the grassroots hero DNC Chair who flipped the House and Senate two short years later.

Just sayin'.

What s**t to come from PJTV. Unbelievable.

Crowder needs to do his homework and earn the respect back.

He obviously has not followed Palin or listened to her words.

LAZY!

I was also disappointed with Mr. Crowder's take. I am usually in complete agreement with his posts.

Barry Soetero aka Barack Obama was a senator for 5 months when he began campaigning for president on the TAXPAYERS DIME. Would it have been better then, if Sarah had done that? Would that have been more in line with what the talking heads think is noble? How about Napolitano and Soebelis - Governors who QUIT to go and work with Obama even though their shift was not over. If she had gone to work for Obama would that have made everyone happy and just like with other governors, the Lt. Governor would take over?

We are in a serious crisis with this administration. Sarah Palin quit to work for the whole country. She draws crowds and crowds need to hear a cohesive message. Which by the way, she has made clear, that her goals are for smaller government, fiscal responsibility, national security and energy independence. And if you pay attention, she says these four ideals every time she speaks, the details of which can be worked out once conservatives get back into office.

Please! This criticism is beyond the pale.

Can't add much except to say that I so agree with the comments here. It is amazing how the talking heads (the guys here) just cannot hear what Palin said and more sadly cannot see it's merit or how it resonates with us. I must say I find it amusing when it's MSM but find it somewhat disquieting and depressing to see it here on PJ tv.

*nods to Mr Lopez*

This is the first time I've found myself in actual disagreement with Mr Crowder. He's usually dead-on, but this time he's missed it.

She was cited for improper gift taking.

Precisely my point. This is the type of frivolous nonsense the elites have come up with to bring her down. This kind of crap cost the state and the Palins out the wazoo to deal with, cost NOTHING to charge her with, and I am certain that the scum who brought these charges knew damn well that this was going to be tossed out, but only after costing everyone else a fortune in income and time.

The whole thing about politicians having to deal with the same thing is BS. Let's compare VP kids. Palin has a daughter who is an unwed teen-age mother. Biden has fully-grown kids; his daughter, during the campaign, was arrested for involvement in a drunken bar brawl (I hear tell that it's not the first time, but I can't immediately corroborate that.) He has a son and a brother, both of whom were about to be indicted for fraud and bribery of a public official.

Which of the two parents and VP nominees got the most coverage for their family's wrong-doings?

Most of you reading this are probably saying "What? Biden's family did what?" Which is my point exactly; there very much has been and continues to be a double standard perpetrated by the media and the DC crowd. We all know this. We also know that these people would be attacking Palin regardless of whether she stayed in office or not. At least this way the people of Alaska won't have to foot the bulk of the bill for more ridiculous, baseless, and fraudulent charges. Palin took a hit for the sake of her state, and she should be applauded for doing so. Consider Mark Sanford, flying off to Argentina to knock boots with his mistress ON FATHER'S DAY. He should man up and step down before he brings further disgrace to himself, his family, and to his state. But he has refused, even with both sides of the aisle calling for his removal. It is sad when a beauty pageant hockey mom can be more of a man than someone actually equipped with such plumbing.
