I wish I could believe this was an act of good will. Instead I think it’s a shuffling of the deck for the next hand of head’s up international war. Watch as Iran give the Taliban military support to take the Swat Valley and get Islamabad’s nuclear stash. And since the Pakistani government would rather sustain a fifty year old border war with India rather than fortify their own military arsenal, this bodes poorly for anything vaguely resembling peace, withdrawal or military reductions in the next four years. I wonder if Obama’s anti-war supporters will remember that come election time?

I am glad that the iran gov released her,but I do not think it was an olive branch. Rather, I do not think that we know how much green was exchanged in the blackmail
