<i><b>@117. BC:</b> - in other words, you have nothing. The task...</i>

You're projecting again.

Sorry putzie, but you have no authority to assign "tasks" here.

Your claim that Michelle has lied, followed by a demand that someone prove <i>your claim</i> wrong is the ploy of an adolescent.

When you've got something that actually demonstrates a problem in Michelle's book - which you've obviously never even laid eyes on - show some intellectual honesty and present it. Until then, no one is impressed by your unfounded assertions and opinions, and your little "task" simply hides your ignorance and inability to argue a point.

To goy: in other words, you have nothing. The task was to simply point out something, anything in Malkin's word turd that I couldn't turn around and use in a B-slap. You either choked or chickened out -- what a surprise.

To frank grimes: yeah, I'm going to install iTunes to listen to some no doubt random BS audio clip. Go read my response to goy.

@115. Meryl:

<b>Let the devil's advocate speak.</b>

I don't have an intuitive understanding of the innate workings of the American soul for I was not born here.
I came from a harsh and merciless Word where the alinskies, axelrods, emanuels, soros' and their ilk ruled for near 100 years and murdered millions from the river Elbe all the way to the the Kolyma river in Far-Eastern Siberian permafrost: the last stop for the walking dead from where there was no return.

The Devil noticed this and got horrified:
— When a word like <b>Macaca</b> can ruin a man career, <b>"BOOO! YOU RACIST"</b>- will silence everybody and compel to perform public self flagellation - that nation is not strong to stand up to the Alinsky tribe. We must not even NAME our tormentors by using proper definitions because it might be considered un-PC or offensive for somebody.
We should speak in code language, using cryptic sentences else we will be banished, censored or crucified.
Hence my skepticism.

I posted 107 and I see it came up as "Anonymous"...that was not intentional! 108/Thomas: Thank you for your further comments.

As far as I can tell, I don't believe that most of the strong feelings and thoughtful yelling (yup, that's what I mean!) is shallow in the sense that we just think, "Oh, goodness, if I use patriotic talk, they'll feel all bad and back down." I really don't believe that.

However. You have an "advantage" in that you have faced this at close range before. We are "amateurs", granted, in even imagining this. So....we have to start where we are. Use what we know. Express ourselves the best we can. The alternative--being afraid and silent--?? No.

I'd rather make mistakes and learn as I go.

Have you seen the movie, "Red Dawn"? That thing was filmed, I suppose 50 years ago almost now! It struck a chord then (in the midst of the Cold War). I've heard it mentioned recently in different conversations.

One thing that is not publicly tossed around is the complete awareness of the rural/farm/ranch/hunting people of this country who have casually referenced my entire life (I'm 65) that the one thing this country has going for it in terms of survival as a Republic is that everyone is armed. The farm set and the mountain people I've known all my life would never be mouthy or loud about that. It's just always been a given.

We've seen the ammunition room of a retired friend of ours. He's in his 70's. He's been stocking ammunition for this very reason.

Even though we just now started raising our voices about it, Thomas, do not assume that we have just now started thinking about it or identifying the dangers to our country. When I was 10 years old, my father made comments about FDR had done to the country. They KNEW--in 1954--that some BAD things had been set in motion.

Please keep speaking up. There is one sense in which we do understand, very well, that we don't have a clue. We can't let that stop us from trying, can we?

jodetoad, Your comments brought me to tears because they expressed very eloquently not only my sentiments but the sentiments of a majority of Americans. If this country cannot be saved politically you are correct there are many, many Americans that will not go quietly into the night but will fight using whatever means are necessary. This is what the liberals and state run media didn't know. We've all been silent for so long they thought the communist, fascist agenda now be foisted on us would be humbly accepted. They were wrong.

Thomas, I can only imagine the feelings you experience. But don't give up on America just yet. Sure, the most visible of us are old, because younger people have to work. That means we have experience and judgement. Tea parties are the beginning, not the end. For every one at a tea party is hundreds of younger folk that couldn't come.

Lots of us are young. Most of us are armed. Surely you have noticed that sales of weapons are way up, and ammunition is snatched up as soon as it is available. Many of us have military experience, and our military will not attack us. Rather the military will join us, because they ~are~ us, they are our kids and brothers. Even if some of the police support the left, it will not be enough. Inner city gangs are too undisciplined to be much opposition, most of them are addicts. Union thugs may be more disciplined, but they are not enough.

America is not this government - America is an idea. Like you, we or our ancestors emigrated here, sweated and toiled, fought, bled and died for America, to give us a better country than they had. The things we post here and there may not make clear that we are angry to the bottom of our souls that these scum threaten our country. You have no idea how many of us would lay down our lives for America. In a heartbeat.

We are mostly slow to anger, and mind our own business. We tend not to want to talk about revolution and civil war, because thinking about the necessity makes us very emotional. We hope we can avoid it. But don't for a minute believe that we are not thinking about the possibility, and planning for it. We are the producers, the innovators, the doers, the taxpayers, we are the ones that keep it all afloat. We are the risk planners. We may not be great speakers, but we are intelligent, hard-working and educated, and freedom is in our bones.

This land is your land, this land is my land. If they kill me, well, I've had a good life. There is no place left to go. Bring it on. I have faith in the people of America.

Thank you Patriot Meryl, it is reassuring to know that you are not the only one willing to stand on the wall.

It is nice to hear that Heritage is overwhelmed with requests for the Constitution. Hopefully, people are waking up the the real and present danger to the country, the one on Pennsylvania Ave.

Patriot Thomas, your former experience is invaluable for the cause of Freedom, please tell us more of life behind the Iron Curtain. However, I must ask you not to underestimate the American vet: there are millions and for most of them a rifle is a precision instrument. Some are young and I salute their patriotism, but there are many more who may not be able to run 20 miles with 70 lbs. of gear and 200 hundred rounds but they have many skills to be utilized including those that can punch the center out of an eight inch bull at 1,000 meters. These are hardened men with integrity, men who have been tested and don't fear crossing the river. Some have nothing left to lose but their dignity, and asking for that might earn an express ticket to hell.

Don't be discouraged, Thomas, at these gray haired old men, I would stand with them against any enemy in the world, especially these gutter punks from the inner city sewers.

Long Live The Republic! my Patriot Friends
