Obama’s Nuclear Policy: What, Me Worry?

In order to support this you must assume that countries are desperately developing or retaining nukes to protect themselves from the USA. If so, now they are free to abandon them. If, on the other hand, they have nukes to protect themselves from other ‘enemies’ or to wreak global mahem, they will not respond. If they had no intention or capability of developing them, they can sign on the meaningless treaty & focus on bio-chemical weapons that are quicker & easier to produce. Not one country will ever give up nukes because of this.
