Obama is strengthening ties with Russia, but if he made the absurd demand that Russia stop it's rascism, not only would he be a total joke in 60% of the international community, but there would be no way to enforce it. And when the international community sees that his demands are transparent, he will be the joke of 99.9% of the international community.
