IT APPEARS THAT THE PUNDITS HAVE LABELED THE WORD “BARBARIAN” AS THOSE FOREIGN OR BROUGHT IN GROUPS INTO A SOCIETY OR NATION , THUS LEARNING THE LANGUAGE OF THE NEW HOME TO WHICH THEY ARE IMPORTED (POSSIBLY) OR BEING A CULTURE OF THEIR OWN….NOW WHERE DOES THE PRESS INDICATE THAT THE PREZ WILL TAME THE BARBARIANS? IS HE TALKING OF THOSE IN THE US ALREADY BY PLANE TICKETS, SNUCK IN, REFUSING TO GO HOME WHEN THEIR VISAS RUN OUT OF TIME, OR THOSE WHO CAME IN THE PAST BY FORCE? WHO IS HE TALKING ABOUT? IF THEY CANT BE TOTALLY TAMED IN THE US IN AN AMALGAMATED CULTURE HOW DOES HE PROPOSE TO CHANGE THE CULTURE OF THOSE FOLKS OVER SEAS? NOT QUITE SURE WHAT THIS ARTICLE IMPLIES….ANY COMMENTS?
