Northern California’s Friends of Hamas
Academic departments at leading universities in Northern California, including UC Berkeley and Santa Clara University, have recently begun co-sponsoring events with South Bay Mobilization (SBM), a group associated with Hamas.
While South Bay Mobilization is not the only organization in the Bay Area that has ties to Hamas through the activities of some of its leaders and/or members, it has taken a leading role on university campuses throughout the Bay Area. Members of South Bay have had luncheons with Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas, and have accepted medals from him in a highly propagandistic manner.
Members of South Bay Mobilization have also been linked to the Free Gaza Movement, which sailed to the Gaza Strip from Cyprus in August 2008. Therefore, South Bay Mobilization’s support for the Free Gaza Movement also constitutes support of Hamas and its aims, and is equivalent to an endorsement of terror, murder, and genocide.
The Free Gaza group had been invited to the Gaza Strip by Bassem Naim, the minister of youth and sport of the genocidal terrorist group Hamas. Naim had recently been denied entry into Europe because of his terrorist affiliation. Furthermore, Hamas is responsible for the murders of hundreds of innocent civilians. The Hamas Charter, somewhat similar to the PLO Charter, includes the following passages:
- “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.” (Preamble)
- “The Day of Judgment will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews, when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdullah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.” (Art. 7)
- “The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Muslim generations until Judgment Day.” (Art. 11)
- “There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through jihad. Initiatives, proposals, and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors.” (Art. 13)
On August 24, during their visit, the group met with Ismail Haniyeh, a senior leader of Hamas. What appears to be a large Hamas flag was flown on board one of the ships at its arrival. Haniyeh personally awarded medals to the Free Gaza members.

Hamas is evil. ANYONE who makes excuses for them or supports them in any way is supporting evil, supporting genocidal ideation and supporting anti-Semitism.

Now, maybe all governmnet funding, your money and mine, will be cut off as far as these hate and murder promoters go. I would also like to see national referendum on whether the rets of the USA still wants to keep California as a state. My suggestion would be build a wall around it and cut it off from the Federal tap. They would last about 6 months. Then the world would be perfect again…
Hamas members must roll on the floor in hysterical laughter every time they see photos like these.

Don’t expect the State Department (especially after Obama swears in) to get too excited over this blatant act of treason.
The ‘Baghdad Democrats’–Representatives David Bonior, Jim McDermott, and Mike Thompson–appeared on national TV from Baghdad on 29 September 2002, and plead Saddam’s case to the world as if he were just an innocent bystander in the Middle East terrorism/WMD scheme of things.
“So how does it feel to be used as a propaganda tool against your own country?”, asked CNN’s Jane Arraf when he was still in Baghdad. McDermott said ‘it feels fine’. “If being used means that we’re highlighting the suffering of Iraqi children, or any children, then, yes, we don’t mind being used.”
The suffering of Iraqi children who ended up in Saddam’s mass graves apparently didn’t suffer enough.
Nancy Pelosi and Dennis Kucinich both traveled to Syria, a major contributor to world-wide terrorism, and proceeded to engage in anti-American propaganda.
Jimmy Carter, who never met a dictator he didn’t like, is a self-appointed liaison to groups like Hamas.
These fine examples of Democratic excrement violated Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution as well as the Logan Act, and suffered not one penalty.
America’s leftwing academic intelligentsia is no stranger to crawling into the political sack with Communists, Socialists, and now Islamofascists; basically every lunatic fringe on the spectrum.
What angers me is unwillingness of the DOJ to prosecute the lackeys who gladly shill for the bellicose douchebags who want us dead.
