Well Congratulations Holder. As Attorny General, your willingness to let personal agendas interfere with the rule of law has now created legal precedence. That means that no matter what nutjob hate groups wants to hang around the polling places twirling clubs, guns or knives, they can now do it with impunity because you didn’t want a few homeboys held accountable for their stupid and publicly known actions. Would you have been so complacent with KKK in Alabama or skinheads in South Boston? I have to honestly wonder if you passed the bar because your job, that you were sworn to, was to uphold the laws of this nation as defined by the Constitution. You are a perfect example of an Obama political appointment that was done for all the wrong reasons. Epic fail.
Slimey but hardly surprising knowing what we know about ‘Teh Uno’.
In light of the purposeful inaction by PBO’s justice dept to intervene in the release of the Lockerbie mass murderer, the non-prosecution of the NBPP thugs is alarming. Qadaffi has given the NOI huge sums of money. Two circumstances do not prove a trend, but the citizens should watch closely for additional evidence.
