Pajamas Media Middle East Editor Allison Kaplan Sommer reports on the metastasizing sex scandal involving Israeli president Moshe Katsav: “Katsav was a bland party politician, whose rise to the post of president was a result of people wanting to keep Shimon Peres out of the job. At the time, it seemed harmless. Now – as embarrassingly reported in the world press, and in a particularly gleeful tone in the Arab world – it has emerged that his lecherous behavior with women was an open secret for decades.” More here.

    The “president of Israel” is a powerless puppet head.This “scandal” coverage is monumental waste of time.
