There is no guidance system on the rockets. I believe that is an indiscriminate attempt, and too often successful attempt to kill anyone, women and children included. Israel bombed targets that have been shooting rockets, they have messaged the population of targeted areas to clear out before they strike, they bring the wounded back into Israel for medical treatment, they use high tech rifles that have the accuracy of sniper rifles, and they target all of those Hamas soldiers we keep seeing doing some marching and training. Hamas does have soldiers, right? I know that those soldiers are hard to see standing behind those children, but they are there shooting at Israeli soldiers. In fact, Israel has never had a moment's peace since 1948, before they even had an army and the barely had any weapons at all--since the Arab world immediately declared war on this country and planned to massacre everyone, the old, the women, the children, the civilians--since there really wasn't even an army then.
