		<description>I have seen the video several times and it does in fact appear that Castro has gained a bit of weight, but he has lost his voice entirely and seems feeble and wretched. (I suspect a lot of people in the media who keep telling us how much better the dictator now is haven&#039;t listened to the audio portion.) The original Cuban feed includes piano music in the background and a gooey commentary by some announcer...it is a bit too clever, but not necessarily fake.
