Iran has been after this group (small) for years and if PEJAK is getting to be more trouble, I hope it is because they are being aided from outside Iran. Iran doesn't care if turmoil and revolt get out of hand in Iraq, in fact they are fostering just that. "Security nightmare"? No, nothing even close to that worrys Iran. What worrys Iran is that the U.S. Military is going to build several bases in Iraq and stay for years and years, and that Iraq will finally get it's government together and become a stable nation and prosper. Yes, we are going to bleed Iran, from a thousand cuts, both small and large and offer assistance to those that will help kick those bastards out and install a government friendly to the western world.
