Sonia Sotomayor’s nomination will not be approved even by the Democratic Party dominated U.S. Senate. Her mealy mouthed position on the Second Amendment will be her downfall. The odds are against her! And no, I am not saying this after swallowing twenty large glasses of Thunderbird wine. I am, believe it or not, completely sober. The American people are on our side. We just have to clearly and calmly state our case against her. The cheap and disgusting race card tactics of the leftist establishment will not be successful. We will not be perceived as a bunch of racist scum bags by the majority of Hispanic-Americans.

The Second Amendment statement by this judge should be hammered repeatedly by the Republicans, the current Supreme Court has already ruled that the Second Amendment is in fact an individual right (as all ten of the bill of rights are). You need to contact your Senator and bomb him with email opposing her just on her views of the Second Amendment. You might soon have to use your Second Amendment right to uphold your First Amendment right.
