Look at other countries immigration laws, they are doing their job if they are protecting their citizens with the problems that arise from too many people and not enough resources. Go into a restaurant, boat, bus, etc..There is a capacity that it can hold before it gets dangerous for everyone. Nations need to protect their citizens from overcrowding and third world conditions.
