That’s ridiculous.

Islam is not somehow less “logical” than Christianity!

At root, CHRISTIANITY REQUIRES A BELIEF IN A “ZOMBIE” JEW — and it requires that it be taken on *faith*, i.e., illogical belief unjustified by evidence. There is nothing but hearsay to recommend that belief. There are serious scholars who doubt Jesus ever existed.

At least we know Mohammed lived and breathed at one point — and, better yet, neither he nor his followers try to claim he rose from the dead, a feat only ever definitely accomplished by horror movie actors.

What’s more in-credible than that? (Now, a zombie Buddhist, I could get behind that.)

Mohammed had a marriage arranged to a young girl, possibly when she was 6 years old, but they never consummated their marriage their marriage until the girl was biologically mature. If God didn’t intend for girls who can get knocked up to have sex … then why do they have the ability to bear children?

She was young, even then, but still — this is a different world. Elvis Presley was dating a 14 year-old and sleeping with a 15 year-old, and the world doesn’t condemn him. I fail to see the difference. If anything — given the context — Mohammed’s actions are much more understandable.

FINALLY — Mohammed never told anyone to wear the hijab!!!!!!! There is NOTHING in the Koran that says to wear a hijab or veil or, god forbid, a burka.

The whole idea came from the fact that Muslim separated his family life and his community life — both run from his household — with some sort of cloth. Behind the cloth, his home and his wives. On the other side, his public life.

Some genius got the idea to emulate that by actually wrapping women up in veils and burkas — none of which is EVER mentioned in the Koran, and none of which is ever said to have been recommended by Mohammed in reliable sources. Mohammed’s own wives were never veiled, nor were any Muslim women in his time.

Don’t attribute any of this to Mohammed, or Islam in general. Many moderate Muslims feel the same way that I (a non-Muslim) do. Racism is as bad as religious fanaticism. Sure, Norway should consider carefully taking steps to maintain its natural character. But that doesn’t mean restricting the private freedoms of its current residents and citizens (what they do at schools is different…), AND IT DEFINITELY DOESN’T JUSTIFY ***HATE***!!!

You don’t need to hand out jeans in Norway, for the simple reason, that they are everywhere. Nothing rare about it. Girls this age are more open minded and curious than the rest of you. There is no compulsion in religion… (2:256) – yes, surprise!!!, this is from the Quran and it is a reality. You cannot force religion on anyone, it does not work (in reality) and Islam is the first religion to state this openly and in its’ scripture. You don’t want to believe it, then don’t – it’s each and everyone’s own decision, when they are mature enough to make it.

So please do some research before you publish your articles garnished with biased comments about things you do not know much about…

Hopefully, you are fair enough to feel the same way, when little Muslim girls have to sit through the hours of Christmas, Easter and Halloween crafting, singing, reading, writing etc….
