		<description>I concede there may have been legitimate uses for unions in the past, but in the modern free world there seems to be little need anymore.  It appears the ones wanting to bargain as part of a  block of workers are those that under perform and thus would make less if they were compensated based upon their individual merit.



Combine this with their thuggery and sabotage and it is east to see a future where they loose a great deal of influence.  The general population will simply refuse to put up with their foolishness.
