    It is truly a tax on the middle class. Not only will gas to run our cars be taxed, but anything transported by train or truck will also rise in cost. Part of the reason that food spiked last summer was due to the fact that corn, a main livestock feed, was used to create ethanol. Ethanol destroys older fuel pumps at the current levels and Obama wants to increase the amount to destroy all cars older that seven years old. This is manipulation on a huge scale. And the media is falling for it.
