With the vote on the Civil Rights Commission New Black Panther report set for Friday, former DOJ attorney Hans von Spakovsky submits this affidavit rebutting former Deputy Chief of the Voting Section Robert Kengle.

Kengle had contested portions of Christopher Coates’ testimony before the Commission, testimony which described Kengle’s hostility toward race-neutral enforcement of civil rights laws. The Coates testimony was deeply embarassing to Kengle, and von Spakovsky’s corroboration of Coates’ testimony is even more so.

DOJ officials are smearing, insulting, and slandering people who have spent large portions of their careers working for the civil and voting rights of ALL Americans. It is an abomination. There is a conspiracy not only within DOJ, but between DOJ and outside special interests, and possibly reaching into the White House, to selectively enforce, or not enforce, the law. Besides being an abomination, it is criminal.

Another case for Darrell Issa to investigate further come January 2011, at this rate there’s going to be alot of Democrats being hauled in before Congressional hearings and Grand Juries to rid this Country of all the crook’s, liar’s we’ve had in Congress for the last 10-20 years and it’s about Dam time !!!

Darrell Issa investigate? Yeah, right! Of ALL the corruption and criminal activities that have been done in the past two years, THIS of all most assuredly points DIRECTLY BACK at The One. Yet the illustrious Mr. Issa has made it CLEAR that Congress WILL NOT impeach. Why on earth would ANYONE expect a Congressional investigation of this? And JUST EXACTLY WHO do you imagine is going to convene a Grand Jury? The stench is overwhelming.

I expect to be hearing a hard hitting report about this from NPR in the morning.

  5. An old Navy saying: He who wears the gold makes the rules. We’ve now progressed into the ancient empire realm of…He who collects the gold makes and ignores the rules as they see fit. Who really believes that there will be any repercussions for this when a panel, appointed by Presidents, and given supoena power to investigate this type of activity still hasn’t reacted to it. We’re doomed.
