Shuna stated, no. A food processor gets entirely too hot, and also in the way it vigorously chops the dough to the point where it messes with the gluten.

In this case, do what I do and what Shuna recommended and use your (cold) hands or a pastry cutter to mix the ingredients. Old fashioned method yes, but it really isn&#039;t all that labor intensive.
