BREAKING: Possible Triple Murder in Austin, Texas: Suspect May Be Illegal Alien with Record of Deportation
Austin police and the Travis County sheriff’s office are investigating a potential triple murder in east Travis County, Texas. Among the dead are Edward Stout, 67, who was shot in the back of the head, and Carla Alvizo and her 7-year-old son, both of whom died of “multiple injuries” according to the APD. All three had been reported missing earlier this week. Stout was discovered in a house on Burleson Manor Road in the county, while Alvizo and the young male were discovered in a house on J.J. Seabrook, just off Manor Road within Austin. The two sites are roughly 10-15 miles apart.
The suspect in all three killings is Marco Antonio Garcia. Police say that Garcia did odd jobs for Stout, and lived with Alvizo, who was his girlfriend.
According to the Travis County sheriff’s office, Garcia is in custody in the Travis County Jail, facing charges including capital murder and robbery. More are likely. Authorities were able to track him because he was using credit cards stolen from Mr. Stout.
According to one APD officer I spoke with today, Garcia is an illegal alien who has been deported before. KVUE has reported that on the air, but hasn’t updated their online story yet. A quick check of the Travis County Jail’s web site shows that there is an INS hold on him, meaning he is suspected of being here illegally. See the image below.
So our porous border appears to have claimed more lives, this time deep in the heart of Texas.
Time for the military to take action, since DHS (headed by Janet Napolitano) can’t seem to do any thing right.
We now have enemies invading our country and since Obama the failure that he is is gonna take military forces from Iraq perhaps they would be better used to take out these drug cartels in Mexico. We whipped their ass before perhaps it is time to do it again…a hundred year or so nap needs to wake up!
I have said we need to use military action ever since the killing of the man on the jet ski. That was the final straw. These guys are out of hand and need to be smacked back into line. This is ultimately what happens when you don’t discipline people. They have no fear, and why should they? The Mexican government may even be grateful. Lord knows they have no ability to control this. Some well aimed cruise missiles would wake them up. I don’t know if a bunch of Mexican drug lords have the same tenacity as al qaida.
One question I would like to ask all of those people that are against securing our borders. Would it still be considered discrimination if a bunch of white Canadians were coming across the border, killing, stealing, committing social security fraud? What if they want a better life?

i’ve been saying that for some time, we need to put a hundred yard wide bulldozed strip along that border and put a full division of mechanised infantry patrolling it, cocked, locked and rolling hot, with standing orders to return fire if fired upon from either side of the border. once we’ve made it clear that we have stopped tolerating any violation of our national border we can start discussing how to handle decent people coming to look for work and a better life.
While I have no problem with your solution, I noticed that you overlooked the problem about tunnels. Personally, I would advocate using equipment to locate the tunnels, drill a hole just big enough for a cratering charge of some kind, and blow the tunnels to hell.
Then again, someone would probably get sued into next year for that.
Well, I agree we need more action on the border and that should include the military in some manner. However, we already have over 40,000 DHS/border patrol agents on the job and we cannot get anything done! This is absolute idiocy due to Federal bureaucracy and a ridiculous mindset. Military should be used but it is not the total solution!
In addition to the military we have the supreme law enforcement found within the individual counties know as the Sheriff but most will not uphold their office oaths and do what is in their legal right. Note: The Sheriff is the only elected ‘common’ peace officer and they are to serve and protect the citizens in their jurisdiction at all times. The Sheriff has all the authority he needs to tackle this issue but they will not due to the Federal Government who will sue at any opportunity. Of great interest should be the fact that the POTUS, DHS, FBI, CIA, ATF, State Governor, or any other public servant cannot overrule them – they represent us! These elected officers should be active but they’re not. This is the closest solution but not the total solution!
Next, we have the local police agencies. Not much help as they have no obligation whatsoever to protect anyone. While I respect them for what they do they are the least effective option to solve this issue. Limited deterrent and highly irregular in application due to political influences. No solution here!

So what is the solution if none of the mentioned options can be effective as any single option? We are the solution folks – the AMERICAN CITIZEN! We have all the authority and rights necessary to put up a wall on the border and throughout the country to say to all who would mess with us (terrorists, drug lords, rapists, molesters, thugs, you name them) through exercising the 2nd amendment. Law enforcement, the Sheriff, and local law agencies should all be working with us – not for us. The Founding Fathers created the Bill of Rights for the individual, not the collective body, not for an agency, and definitely not for others in the Federal Government to administer in our behalf. The militia was the people. Members of society were to protect their person, their families, and their individual communities as a matter of personal duty. That has not been revoked and it never will! Read the Declaration of Independence for the ultimate authority.
Thus, it’s time that we “The People” take on the responsibility! We have the tools, we have the authority, we have the right – but do we have the stomach to use these god given privileges for what they were intended? I am and do every day. How about you?
You sir, or whatever, are correct. Three years ago, We the People of Washington County started a militia. It was started because another state north of us enacted a law that in effect “chased all of the illegals out” and into our State. And wouldn’t you know it, surprise, surprise, the crime rate almost doubled in as little as a year, thus leaving us with no other alternative than to defend ourselves. We are now 1243 persons strong. Little known fact of the matter is we are supported by our County Sheriff, and in fact some of were deputized for this reason. Needless to say, the illegals are having a bit of a hard time with the crimes they though they would get away with because of our county’s inability to finance all the investigations they have caused but, we did in fact build a new facility to house them prior to their deportation. Get involved with the citizens militia’s, they are and were designed by our founders as the ultimate safety net surrounding our communities. The last time we had this kind of a problem with Mexico, General “Blackjack” Pershing, led an expeditionary force into Mexico. It is time to use our military on the border. The Mexican authorities have been so corrupted by drug money, they are incapable of controlling their own country.
Anyone caught crossing our border carrying arms, should be shot dead by our military and/or law enforcement !!! Some well directed smart bombs should also be used on the homes and headquarters of cartel leaders, and the Zetas.

When you talked with APD did they tell you that Austin was a sanctuary city? Did they tell you that the Austin City Council early this year boycotted AZ in protest of SB1070? The City Council has been out of control for years and they keep getting re-elected.

Live by the sword………..many good, well meaning people believe the notion that illegals just want to come here to work. Three people are dead, why? Because they befriended an illegal, gave him work and sustinance. Let him live under their roof, sleep in her bed, associate with her child. Moral, No good deed goes unpunished! The catch and release policy has to be stopped. Any city that offers sanctuary should be forfiet of any federal money. Any elected official that advocates sanctuary should be emmidiately removed from office. In this case, the name of the official that released this animal needs to be published for all to see. Hideing behind the cloak of anominty allows officials to act withour regard to public scutiny. Freedom of information is essential. Requests need to be made for information as to who let this murderer back into society.
I would like to add that you forgot one important influential group(s) to the list, Organized Religions. The Church needs to really separate itself from Public Policy. The separation of Church and State is a really big deal unless the Church agrees with the Progressive agenda, then its OK. The Church needs to tend to the Spiritual aspects of the individual, because that is what Christians are supposed to be doing. Wasn’t Jesus’ life about personal relationships, not country-wide relationships? The other major religions have the problem and should keep their collective noses out of public policy. The Church is fine taking care of Charity, the government should stay out of the Charity business.

Worth, hundreds of miles inland from the border, have been told by constables to keep their weapons ready for use. One of those friends started a landscape business when he retired a year ago. Thieves stole his trailer loaded with expensive equipment from behind his house. The deputy who investigated told him the drug cartels are smuggling illegal immigrants into our area to provide drug safe houses. He said they can deport the immigrants but they always reappear a few weeks later. When my friend replaced his equipment he installed security monitors which sounded soon after they were installed. Awaking at 1 AM he got his gun, went outside, and saw the robbers who tried to run off. He emptied his gun at the car they were in, then called 911 to advise law enforcement what had transpired. The stolen abandoned car was found in a town south of where he lives, and it had 11 bullet holes in it. A 5-year-old boy was kidnapped this summer in one nearby town, and the parents who spoke only Spanish called 911. The boy was murdered, and the FBI shot the suspect before he could testify. The pattern of Phoenix….
The governor has pleaded with Washington to assist the Texas Rangers in securing the border against this wholesale assault on our way of life. If you have watched the news, Washington has not provided the massive help needed.
People in Texas and people in Mexico have for centuries shared the same values of hard work and a belief in Christian principles. Unions with bloated salaries hate the Mexicans because they work hard and demand little. If you check the INS website, see for yourself -the rules for gaining citizenship are completely unworkable, so the result is ‘illegal aliens’…Welfare progression over the past 45 years has changed the picture, but don’t fault the hard-working people who have kept many costs of construction within affordable range of most of us Texans. They were coming here long before the federal government under Johnson changed the immigration rules and installed government free medical care. Don’t confuse immigration and drug wars. Of course, my family has been here since it was a republic, so my opinion doesn’t match the leftist agenda of the recent immigrants from liberal states.

The last time I was in Austin the place was over run with illegals,,, every street corner was jammed with wetback Mexicans wanting day work. If the ICE wanted to do something close to their job description, they could clean up the north side in a week.

Who would have thought the US would become like this, the only other time that Mexican criminals crossed the border with this ease and violence was just after the civil war. That situation was ended by the Texas Rangers deciding to stop arresting people and start hanging them.
Last time I was in Hong Kong, there appeared a brief story in the Straights-Times. Four young men had been caught selling drugs in Singapore. They confessed, and were found guilty. Their bodies were being returned to their families.
We could learn something from those guys.

Well, the one good thing to come out of this is that Texas has the DEATH penalty, let us hope it is put to use in a timely manner.
