Barack’s Helpful Hints for Sarah

Barack Obama has been on the campaign trail longer than Sarah Palin — here are some pointers he might want to pass on to his "less experienced" rival.

My dear Sarah*,

Welcome to the campaign trail as the other new kid on the national block. Even though you were elected to the governorship of one of the most rugged, energy-producing states in this country, you must admit that not many outside Alaska had ever heard of you until a week ago. I, too, burst upon the national stage from obscurity, with the speech I delivered at the 2004 Democratic National Convention.

Have you seen the video of that speech, by the way? You really should see it. That speech was good. It was very, very, very good. Oh, but I’m sure you already knew that. How could you not? I am, after all, me. And my face has been everywhere that’s anywhere.

I’ll be more than happy to send you a copy of that speech. I’ll get one of my people to send you a dozen or so; I’ll even autograph them for you. I’m a generous guy. Well, don’t count that poverty-stricken half-brother of mine or the school I promised to help, but didn’t. No one is perfect, you know.

In fact, that speech is the main thing that got me to the top of my side’s ticket. Well, that and the Chicago Daley political machine and Jeremiah Wright and Billy Ayers and Tony Rezko and a pro-Palestinian named Khalidi and the shadowy Hungarian billionaire George Soros.

Seriously though, Sarah, I sincerely hope you don’t have any shady, un-American characters hidden away in your closet, because in case you haven’t realized this, there is a huge — HUGE — double standard on this. I’m a Democrat; we’re expected to be corrupt. You’re a Republican; your people expect honesty. So, you had better be squeaky clean or those moralizing, religious zealots on your side will have you thrown off the ticket faster than you can say “Mark Foley and Larry Craig.”

Never underestimate the value of one good speech, though. It can be recycled again and again, and used in different places all over these 57 states. You can even get national magazines to make cover issues out of one little, recycled speech. Those media people are such easy, convenient stooges, you know.

Oh, sorry, little lady, they only work for my side. Too bad.

    Loved it! Absolutely brillant!

  2. 2. Jiggs

    Very funny! The dumbing down by union run schools is spot on.

  3. 3. TomJW

    I wonder who wrote that for him?

  4. 4. Jeff

    To Barack from Sarah,

    Thanks for all the advice. Although I’m clueless about what the Bush Doctrine means or have little knowledge of foreign affairs, I believe that I will learn in time, if Washington will have me.

    By the way, Barack, Charlie Gibson of ABC asked me a difficult question the other day on his show. He asked me if I would include Georgia to NATO to which I said, “yes”. He also mentioned that by adding Georgia to NATO, if Georgia was attacked by Russia, we would have to retaliate to which I said, “perhaps so”. Do you think America would agree with that, Barack? Is Russia powerful? I can see them from my coast but I’m not sure who they are really. Can you share some more insights about Russia with me, Barack?

    “You’re a Republican; your people expect honesty”

    lol satire

  6. 6. chicago

    absolutely hilarious!

  7. 7. T. U. Moreland

    Guess the left hasn’t yet learned that it was their pompous hero, Charlie What’s His Face, that blew the Bush Doctrine question. Either that or their too small to admit it. Probably the latter, as their ignorance is only eclipsed by their arrogance.

  8. 8. T. U. Moreland

    sorry. was in a rush when i wrote my first comment.

    my version of Charlie’s last name should have been hyphenated.

    and, the last sentence should have read “… they’re too small …,” not “their too small …”

    but, sometimes, my editorial diligence is only eclipsed by my – hopefully, only – temporary stupidity. (at least i’m man enough to admit it.)

  9. 9. ElliotNC

    Please correct the illustration.

    Barack Obama is LEFT-HANDED… (so is John McCain).

    Lefties Rule!

  10. 10. T. U. Moreland

    oops. made another mistake in calling attention to my first set of mistakes.

    just like in sr. mary thomas’s third-grade grammar class: “did any of you catch it?”

    if so, please, don’t bother to take the time to comment. there are far more important issues to write about.

    (geez! i wish i weren’t so anal.)

  11. 11. Sandra M

    Bravo, Ms. Shiver. Very, very nice. Will make the other side foam at the mouth with fury. Love when that happens. ;-)

  12. 12. LisaP

    Poor baroque insane oblahma. He doesn’t know what’s about to hit him on November 4th. Let me spell it out for little inadequate barry: it’s called the McCain-Palin landslide victory, and it WILL leave a mark!

  13. 13. Jeff

    This is one of the best tabloid propaganda that I have ever heard. It should be awarded the Nobel Prize for the best work of propaganda art in the 21st century. Thanks Kyle-Anne Shiver. It did make me “shiver” badly when I read it. That’s my version of sarcasm, by the way.

    With that said, here is another great work of art but this is more compelling, it’s the truth –

    Oh, also check my post on Sep 14, 2008 – 5:42 am

  14. 14. Betty C.

    Incredible. Seeing all of these facts come together (which people appear way too eager to forget) it seems unbelievable that this man is actually on our national ticket. Imagine if McCain (or any other Republican candidate) was the subject of this piece. Amazing the double standards we live by…

  15. 15. Jephnol

    Jeff, try reading the un-redacted version of that interview Gibson gave with Palin:

    GIBSON: And under the NATO treaty, wouldn’t we then have to go to war if Russia went into Georgia?

    PALIN: Perhaps so. I mean, that is the agreement when you are a NATO ally, is if another country is attacked, you’re going to be expected to be called upon and help.

    Redacted:

    But NATO, I think, should include Ukraine, definitely, at this point and I think that we need to — especially with new leadership coming in on January 20, being sworn on, on either ticket, we have got to make sure that we strengthen our allies, our ties with each one of those NATO members.

    We have got to make sure that that is the group that can be counted upon to defend one another in a very dangerous world today.

    GIBSON: And you think it would be worth it to the United States, Georgia is worth it to the United States to go to war if Russia were to invade.

    PALIN: What I think is that smaller democratic countries that are invaded by a larger power is something for us to be vigilant against. We have got to be cognizant of what the consequences are if a larger power is able to take over smaller democratic countries.

    And we have got to be vigilant. We have got to show the support, in this case, for Georgia. The support that we can show is economic sanctions perhaps against Russia, if this is what it leads to.

    It doesn’t have to lead to war and it doesn’t have to lead, as I said, to a Cold War, but economic sanctions, diplomatic pressure, again, counting on our allies to help us do that in this mission of keeping our eye on Russia and Putin and some of his desire to control and to control much more than smaller democratic countries.

    His mission, if it is to control energy supplies, also, coming from and through Russia, that’s a dangerous position for our world to be in, if we were to allow that to happen.

  16. 16. Jeff

    Jephnol,

    Do you have the actual video or just propaganda of these supposed additional lines that were spoken? I saw these so-called additional lines already but nobody seems to have video proof? Hmmm

  17. 17. Betty C.

    Why are we even comparing Palin to Obama? Yes, they might both be “new to the stage” (never mind Palin’s 8+ years of executive experience). Uh, last time I checked Obama was the one running for PRESIDENT.

  18. 18. Javelin

    The dumbing down is being abetted by shallow, petty internet websites and pseudo journalist too.

  19. 19. Kelly

    T U Moreland: You are so halarious, and anal. That is why I rarely comment myself. Thanks for the laugh. True thoughts you made too.

  20. 20. Myno

    Jeff:

    The lines Jephnol quoted are directly from the ABCNEWS website. They also offer the full video. Hmmm, back at ya.

  21. 21. Jeff

    Hey Kyle-Anne Shiver,

    Aside from the sarcasm, look what happened when the country did not paid attention to Obama’s 2004 Democratic National Convention speech, we ended up electing Bush again for his second term. Oh how I just love this country, so great yet we suffer from the “sheep syndrome”.

  22. 22. Cal

    http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/09/here-is-the-une.html

    Here’s the proof. Think Obama knows any of this info anyway? Again, he is in the “one slot” after all. Lord help us.

  23. 23. Jeff

    People, here are the facts about Barack Obama and William Ayers—

    1) When William Ayers was a radical leftist who co-founded the Weatherman, committed heinous terrorist acts against the United States Capitol building and the Pentagon, his radical history was between 1968-1972. Here is his life story in Wikipedia below —

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Ayers

    2) Between 1968-1972, Barack Obama was between ages 7-11 years old and did NOT know William Ayers. He was TOO YOUNG. Here is his life story in Wikipedia below —

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barack_Obama

    3) Obama did not meet Ayers until 1995, 23 years after Ayers radical history. Obama was introduced to Ayers by Illinois State Senator Alice Palmer, as her chosen successor since she is stepping down from the Illinois state senate and running for Congress. Here is the story of the meeting in the link below —

    http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0208/8630.html

    In closing, all these propagandas are false. Obama did not meet Ayers until 1995, as they ALL want to make people believe. Please do your own research before believing these ole timers. Obama’s proposal of “Change” for the better is a HUGE threat to them. They are all incapable of “Change” or even the slightest chance of accepting it. Think “Ed Wallis” in these posts. So here is my wisdom for everyone –

    ***Conservatism is the tired old need to hang on to the past while liberalism is a need for change for a brighter future.***

  24. 24. Jeff

    Does anyone here know the difference between an actual video and propaganda blogs? I din’t think so.

  25. 25. Jephnol

    Jeff, no, you’re right. I just made these Palin quotes up out of whole cloth to make ABC look really stupid and biased as all get out because I’m evil. Yes, it’s propaganda. Hahahahahahaha!

    Or you might just, you know, look at ABC news online for the propaganda… It’s a big internet. Try using it.

  26. 26. Pee Wee Herman, Community Organizer

    For some reason, this piece reminds me of this:

    http://iowahawk.typepad.com/iowahawk/2008/09/why-do-they-alw.html

  27. 27. Pat

    “Why are we even comparing Palin to Obama? Yes, they might both be ‘new to the stage’ (never mind Palin’s 8+ years of executive experience). Uh, last time I checked Obama was the one running for PRESIDENT.”

    That’s a good question, Betty. Perhaps you should ask Obama. He’s the one who has spent the last several weeks focusing all his attention on Palin. For some reason, he seems to feel threatened by her. Why do you suppose that is?

  28. 28. Jeff

    Does anyone, anyone at all, have the uncut video of the Sarah Palin interview with Charlie Gibson or are you just mindlessly listening to blog sites and not just looking for actual facts? Does anyone here want me to explain the “sheep syndrome”? PajamasMedia probably would NOT want me to explain the sheep syndrome to you.

    Aside from the uncut video, the uncut paragraphs are still damaging. Does everybody think that we should include Georgia and Ukraine to NATO, former states of Russia, which broke their independence from Russia? Will that not be considered an offensive move by Russia instantly? Is sanctioning Russia even a good idea? Is sanctioning a country considered an offensive move? Has everyone forgotten about the Cold War during Reagan’s era?

  29. 29. Jephnol

    ”I don’t regret setting bombs,” Bill Ayers said. ”I feel we didn’t do enough.”

    Unrepentant.

  30. 30. Pat

    “Aside from the sarcasm, look what happened when the country did not paid attention to Obama’s 2004 Democratic National Convention speech, we ended up electing Bush again for his second term.”

    Yes, Jeff. What’s your point? We reelected Bush because, with all his flaws, he was vastly preferable to Kerry. I fail to see how Obama’s 2004 speech altered that fact in any way.

    “Oh how I just love this country, so great yet we suffer from the ‘sheep syndrome’.”

    Thank you, Jeff. I very much appreciate it when people admit that they consider Americans who don’t agree with them to be “sheep”. That lets me know that those people are smug, arrogant, condescending elitists, and I can stop paying attention to them.

    It saves me a great deal of time.

  31. 31. Jeff

    Pat,

    A “sheep syndrome” is a condition in which a generation of people who don’t take enough time to DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH but rather, they listen to one-sided news medias, or read one-sided websites, like this one by the way and hold it all to be the truth. That is why our future generations will not get better, but worse. We let the media outlets and news agencies literally dictate every election in this country. Guess what? They will continue to do so through our kids and grandkids because we live in a society that really is suffering from the “sheep syndrome”.

    If you read or see anything on TV that seems one-sided, whether it’s with conservative or liberal agenda, do your own research to get the facts rather than just believe it as the truth. That is how this country will break away from the “sheep syndrome”.

  32. 32. Kelly

    Jeff-seeing that you think Wikipedia has all the answers pretty much makes your points null and void. Are you that stupid to take anything they have to say as right? Even my kids know better to go on that site for a report at school. It is full of lies…..

  33. 33. Rebecca

    Jeff – How shameful that Palin supports NATO membership for Georgia. She should take her cue from foreign policy expert, Barack Obama, who says:

    “Going forward, the United States and Europe must support the people of Georgia. Beyond immediate humanitarian assistance, we must provide economic assistance, and help rebuild what has been destroyed. I have consistently called for deepening relations between Georgia and transatlantic institutions, including a Membership Action Plan for NATO, and we must continue to press for that deeper relationship.”

    You see? Supporting NATO membership for Georgia is foolhardy. Clearly the answer is to have a Membership Action Plan for Georgia.

    A totally different approach to foreign policy. And way, way better.

  34. 34. T. U. Moreland

    kelly, thanks. as you can see, i’ll do anything for the attention.

  35. 35. Believer

    Terrific; I loved this.

    Just a few days ago, I was thinking about the questionable ‘masculinity’ of The One. He’s really not tough enough for my liking.

    Kyle-Anne’s links highlight the historical assumption of the feminine propensity for changing one’s mind. And our would-be messiah’s own history in that regard.

    In fact, I’m waiting now for him to do the ‘switcheroo’ on his Veep selection. That decision might turn out not unlike his handful of votes in the state senate. Once they became unpopular — he’d say, “Oops, let’s change that – I pushed the wrong button – I meant to vote this way!” After a few of those, I’m sure it was alot less stressful to just vote “present.”

    So it’s things like that that make me question his toughness. Well, that, and the picture I can’t get out of my head of him dancing on “Ellen.”

  36. 36. Jeff

    Kelly,

    If you are so smart then tell me some of the truths that you have learned from both sides and how you have come to your conclusion of which side was better? Oh by the way, the conclusion that you came to, was the party also the SAME PARTY that you’ve supported all your natural adult life, Kelly? You don’t have to tell me because you are predictable. I, on the other hand do not have any party alliances, but based on what I have gathered, the Democratic Party looked better in this election. I also voted for Reagan, if you must know.

  37. 37. Ed Wallis

    “Jeff” 10:08am –

    Are you a glutton for punshment (HEY: some people on the East and West coasts pay EXTRA for THAT!!!), or just STUPID?!

    The SAME post as in another thread…GEE, you must think you’re on a roll!!!

    Kid, you do a few WIKIPEDIA searches (WOW! THAT must have taken you all of 5 minutes!!!) and you try to put someone else down (no one can say you even TRIED to “refute” a point…look THAT one up, Mr.Postin’-From-Momma’s-Basement…) by saying you have “researched” the subject.

    HAH!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
    ___________________
    YET, over at the “Charlie Gibson” thread, YOU WRITE:

    “Charlie Gibson is a liberal elitist fool.
    His condescending arrogance during his interview with VP nominee, Sarah Palin, was palpable.
    The liberal, mainstream media are in a tizzy over Sarah Palin. They have no idea of how to deal with such a woman – a woman of substance and integrity.
    This media will continue to attack and try to trap the VP nominee. I believe that she handled Charlie Gibson’s obnoxious demeanor quite well.
    I have all of the confidence in the world in Governor Palin.
    It is my hope and prayer that she and John McCain win the election on 11/4.”

    YOU ARE A FRAUD. YOU ARE NOT PARTICULARLY INTELLIGENT.

    Please stay at http://www.highlights.com

  38. 38. Warren Bonesteel

    Isn’t Senator Obama beginning to seem a bit like…oh…I dunno. Gilderoy Lockhart of “Harry Potter” fame?

  39. 39. RedneckJD

    I have never seen a group of people fall all over themselves to defend a patronizing boob such as Charlie Gibson, on the Bush Doctrine Question. as the Obama-Gals. Of the four doctrines that have been referred to as the Bush Doctrine, he didn’t even get one of those. And will someone at ABC buy him a full size pair of glasses; he looked like an idiot peering over the top of them.

  40. 40. RedneckJD

    No freedom loving American should pause to answer “yes” to whether we want Georgia and Ukraine in NATO. Of course we do. And let Russia stew about it. By the way, Barry probably thinks Ukraine is one of the seven missing states.

  41. 41. Jeff

    Does anyone want to know if I voted for Bush Sr. and Bush Jr.? Break the “sheep syndrome” people. Get your asses off your chairs and do some of YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Stop commiting to party lines because in the end, isn’t your own concerns about the country what matters the most and NOT the party?

  42. 42. Jeff

    Ed,

    You misguided, over-the-hill, one track minded baffoon. I have told you that the other Jeffs are mere doppelgangers of me on the other posts. You must either be pretty stupid or suffers from ADD. I said to you on another post that I would not even be surprised if that was you posing as me.

  43. 43. Ed Wallis

    Yes Jeff,

    I am a mindless, over-the-hill, idiotic baffoon as you have mentioned. My stupidity knows no bounds and I am truly sorry. I know that I could not debunk any of your facts so I had to resort to impersonating you.

  44. 44. sojourner

    jeff, get your ass out of your head. (no, i didn’t mangle that.) in your case, it makes perfect sense, because you don’t know which way is up or down.

    by the way, you ought to brush up spelling and grammar. it’s hard to take anyone serious who writes like a 6th grader.

  45. 45. CruzanNM

    Gosh, seems that Jeff is unable to read the words and needs a ‘video’ for proof. Maybe we should create a coloring book and pretty crayons showing all the lies Obama is spreading about who he is and what his real plans for America are. Maybe then Jeffy and his friends could sit down with graham crackers and a sippy cup of milk and learn something.

  46. 46. Kelly

    Jeff…why do you think I am a republican and only vote down party lines? I just told you to stop with the wikipedia website. Funny, how you came to all those conclusions from my simple statement. I am not predictable. I am voting McCain because I want the security of my country. I wouldn’t vote Obama if my life depended on it. I really don’t have a reason other than he is so self absorbed. I really don’t think he loves this country either. I can’t base my thoughts on anything else then my inner soul telling me to never trust Obama. What else can I say? Sorry to hear that you crave so much attention. Maybe you were not loved enough as a child?

  47. 47. Stephanos

    Now Jeff, you should be kinder to your fellow countrymen. If McCain wins, as seems increasingly likely, you’ll have to live with them.

    Sing along with me: “Come on people now, smile on your brother. Everybody get together try to love one another right now.“

  48. 48. Believer

    Relax, Jeff.

    It was precisely the research I did on my own, nearly two years ago, that convinced me Obama would never get my vote.

    It’s just nice to be here with others who’ve discovered the same. It gives me hope for America.

  49. 49. Believer

    Just now, I heard CNN report BO – on the stump – say, “McCain’s got the lobbyists, I’ve got you.”

    So this is his new “tough talk.”

    It should be: “McCain’s got the troops. I’ve got the terrorists.”

    That would be the “truth talk.”

  50. 50. Ed Wallis

    Sojourner,

    It is you who is at a 6th grade level by not capitalizing the first letter of my name. Oh, another case in point, you must also capitalize every sentence with a capital letter. Be a good kid and listen, will you please?

  51. 51. Believer

    Or is it Jeff, you’re becoming unglued (about 1:20pm), having heard about what might be the “Gibson bounce?”

    Yes, folks, it looks like McCain is now a few points ahead of BO. And now it’s neck and neck in MINNESOTA!! Uh, oh…

  52. 52. T. U. Moreland

    Jeff, Seriously, you know that because of his past associations, Obama could not get a top-level security clearance from the CIA, FBI, the Secret Service, or any branch of the Military. Ironically, only in America could such a charlatan rise to such lofty heights, having absolutely no credentials, save being a Saul Alinsky, Marxist-trained community organizer.

    If, heaven forbid, Obama is elected, the country will get what it deserves. If McCain is elected, the country will get what it needs.

    But, my guess is that the American electorate, with many crossing party lines to do it, will elect the only rational choice – John McCain.

  53. 53. sojourner

    Ed Wallis:

    Sojourner,

    It is you who is at a 6th grade level by not capitalizing the first letter of my name. Oh, another case in point, you must also capitalize every sentence with a capital letter. Be a good kid and listen, will you please?

    uh, ed, i wasn’t addressing you, unless you also go by the alias “jeff.” to save you time, i have reproduced my post below:

    sojourner:

    jeff, get your ass out of your head. (no, i didn’t mangle that.) in your case, it makes perfect sense, because you don’t know which way is up or down.

    er, ed, note that my post was addressed to jeff.

    fyi, the reason i don’t capitalize is to save time. if you can’t live with that, i’m sorry.

    any way, it’s not a big deal that you thought i was writing to you. i forgive you.

    Very funny post! It’s only funny, because it is soooo true!

    RedneckJD – “And will someone at ABC buy him a full size pair of glasses; he looked like an idiot peering over the top of them.”

    RedneckJD, I’ll let you in on a little, liberal secret. Peering over ones glasses during conversation is just like sitting back in your chair and inter-lacing your fingers with a raised eyebrow while waiting to take over the conversation. Both of these actions, of which Charlie Gibson and the academic elite are skilled in mean “I’m smarter than you, just ask me!”

    Warren Bonesteel – “Isn’t Senator Obama beginning to seem a bit like…oh…I dunno. Gilderoy Lockhart of “Harry Potter” fame?”

    In my estimation, the longer Barack Obama remains on the “Island of Audacity” he seems to look more and more like Gilligan with a good tan!

  56. 56. N Campbell

    Kyle-Anne is my hero :-)

  57. 57. Kelly

    Seeing how Jeff is posting fake comments on Ed Wallis is proof of what a freak he really is. I can picture him a very lonely computer geek. One who still lives with his mother in her basement. No job or girlfriends either. He must just sit at his (moms) desk all day having nothing better to do with his life then to pretend to be someone else. hahahahaahh Thanks for making my night “Jeffy.”

  58. 58. Betty C.

    Yes, this has been quite entartaining :)

  59. 59. braininahat

    NEWSFLASH: Latest questions Charlie Gibson wanted to ask Obama but couldn’t due to time constraints:

    15. Will you be the godfather to my unborn child?
    16. Is there a specific question you want me to ask the VP Republican nominee?
    17. How does it feel to transcend race?
    18. How can I help you?
    19. How many licks does it to take to get to the center of a blowpop? (Charlie holds up three fingers below the camera’s range)
    20. Do you think the Republicans will try to swiftboat you by bringing up your past?
    21. Can you brush Hillary Clinton off your shoulders again for me? I so loved that.

    99 problems but a bitch ain’t one!

    Stay classy, Obama.

  60. 60. Jeff

    NOTE TO PJM:

    “Ed Wallis” was using “Jeff” on the Charlie Gibson thread to make a post first and was using it to antagonize me throughout all the posts on this website.

  61. 61. Jeff

    Kelly,

    I would not even comment from a trailor, if I were you. What kind of trailor do you have? A big trailor or small trailor?

  62. 62. Kelly

    Jeff- I don’t live in a “trailor.” It is spelled “trailer”. (Dumb ass schools you went to didnt teach you much.) I live in a house. So are you saying people that live in trailers are stupid? How sad you are. I don’t work at Walmart either. My husband is a computer genius if you must know. I was able to raise my 5 kids at home. We didn’t need the extra money. My husband made plenty. My oldest is an RN nurse, my other daughter is graduating early because she is so smart. She gets A’s in all her honor classes. My one son is pretty much smarter than you would ever be. He could blow your mind on science and math. So are you saying that if I lived in a trailer they would be stupid. I am so glad I am not an elitist like you. What a lonely life that would be. By the way…some of the greatest people I know live in trailers. Your ass wouldn’t be good enough to be wiped in a double wide. Go cry to your mom that didn’t love you enough.

  63. 63. Jeff

    Kelly, Kelly, Kah, Kah, Kelly,

    So? Is it a big or small trailor?

  64. 64. Jeff

    That world “trailer” is not very well known to people like us in California so I apologize for the miss spelling of it. As for your idiotic assumptions of me. Doesn’t it hurt when someone typecast you, Trailer Kelly?

    I am in my 40s and have my own business and quite a lot of my business associates do think that base on everything we have uncover that McCain is the worse of the two evils.

  65. 65. Kelly

    Jeff-”People like us in California?” I used to be one of you. I was born and raised there. Where you from? I got smart and moved on out. I think Obama is the fore runner to the anti-Christ. He may be tricking your weak Godless mind, but not mine. At least McCain has a fear of God, unlike the “Christian” Obama. I didn’t know Christians were okay for abortion?
    So you didn’t answer me about the trailer. Do you think people that live in them are stupid and dumb? Just wondering. What do you live in? A wonderful Californian house? That is 10 feet away from your neighbor? That looks just like any other house in the neighborhood? Do you need a map to find the place? Or a tour guide?

  66. 66. Kelly

    Hey Basement Jeff….No it doesn’t hurt when people type cast me. I really don’t care. At least I know how to spell and think in a normal way. Is the basement getting dark? Your mom could bring you a lamp or something. If she is not too busy watching Wheel of Fortune.

  67. 67. Jeff

    Hey Trailer Kelly,

    My mom is fine in her own home. Isn’t your trailer a little tight to have your mom living there too? Oh, I REALLY doubt that you ever lived in California, Kelly. Don’t make up these lies? People in California do not have a one-track mind like yours. So just be comfortable with where you are and I am just as comfortable knowing that you are not here.

  68. 68. Jeff

    I am so busy at work but you have my undivided attention today, Trailer Kelly.

  69. 69. Kelly

    Basement Jeff….I was wondering what your business was? “Basement Jeff’s lava lamps and beaded curtains to decorate your dreary basement?” I was born in L.A, my dad was on the L.A.P.D for 25 years at the Devonshire department. I also lived in Ventura and Santa Maria. Why would I lie about some lame thing like that? It would be an honor if my mother lived with me. If she ever needed to I would take care of her in a heartbeat. I am sure you would send your poor mom to an old folks home. Typical libral thing to do. Shove off the elderly. Have fun finding your way around your (moms)dark empty cave of a basement.

    Liked the helpful hints very much

    I have a feeling the entire Democratic conglomerate is slowly turning into Hunter Thompson clones
    Fear and Loathing…….

  71. 71. Jeff

    Ok Kelly, I think we’re both being redundant so let’s start acting more like our age now. As far as what kind of business I’m in. I would tell you but I don’t even know you so sorry. I can tell you this much though, it keeps me very, very happy. Look, you have your belief system and I have mine. I’m sure we are from very different worlds so I’ll respect your views as long as you respect mine. I just realized how childish and unnecessary this is. And no, I am not a sexist. I have more female friends than I do have male friends. Even my female friends thought that Palin seemed very inexperienced after the Charlie Gibson interview.

  72. 72. sojourner

    dear kelly, suggest you ignore jeff.

    judging by the different styles used in his (alleged) posts, he’s at least two, if not three different people, one of whom is clearly using english as a second language. the latter “incarnation” could be a militant or terrorist, who is even now ready to go off the deep end and take a shot.

    you don’t know what kinds of kooks post here. you’ve already revealed too much about your self.

    be wise.

  73. 73. Ed Wallis

    NOTE TO KELLY: Ignore the trolls, they are threadjacking more and more these days, especially on websites with conservative voices.

    PJM STAFF: TAKE NOTE

    NOTE TO “Jeff” 9:32 am Sept 15,

    I find it a pity that someone misued your “tag” in one post; perhaps you failed to note that my first reaction to this was to ask you for clarification on your seeming 180-degree turn in opinion.

    You then responded by posting falsely under my “tag” AND ADMITTING IT.

    That is extremely childish behavior and, as you may now know, in error, as I had nothing to do with the first anonymous moron’s act of pretending to be you.

    I have better things to do…like thinking and writing.

    Grow up…better yet, grow up and buzz off, until you have something of import to say.

    HERE YOU EXPLICITLY CLAIM THAT I “DID IT.” THAT IS FALSE.

    There’s alot of action at balanced-to-conservative websites by Alexrod’s Astroturf writers*…you know, those “concerned Christians,” “sincere feminists,” “true Independents” who appeared sudddenly after Palin’s announcement…many of whom claim to be “former McCain” supporters but now ardently support Zerobama.

    The veneer gets pretty thin and, after a few posts of their “party-line-prepared rhetoric,” it is clear what fraudulent thoughts they posit here. The only thing which comes through is the vitriol.

    But I encourage them to keep on trying! Axelrod must have to pay out a heap of cash from Zerobama’s war chest, so better he spend the effort here.

  74. 74. Kelly

    Basement Jeff….It is all cool. Kinda had fun. I know we would never agree on anything anyway. All I can say is that this presidential race will be a good one. At least people are interested and hopefully they will vote in November. For the record…I haven’t lied at all about anything.

  75. 75. Kelly

    Sjourner and Ed Wallis…A okay. I hear yah. Sometimes I like to have a bit of fun. I love to read comments. They can be very funny.

  76. 76. Jeff

    Ed Wallis,

    It just seems very coincidental that you were able to find that one passage of me posting a conservative view and then copy and paste it on all your posts to debunk me as a flip flopper throughout this website. I really find that hard to believe, ole timer.

    Sojourner,

    You need to capitalize each word at the begining of each sentence. You also need to capitalize each person’s name. We are not texting in here, kid.

  77. “She welcomes your comments at http://www.kyleanneshiver.com.”

    No, she doesn’t. Her blog is one of the only two no-comment-accepting-blogs that I’ve ever seen.

    OMG, some desperate guy procreated with this woman? Really?

  78. 78. sojourner

    jeff, you’re the last person from whom i’d take a recommendation regarding grammar, syntax, style, capitalization, punctuation, or just about anything under heaven or earth. if you don’t like the way i write, don’t read what i post.

  79. 79. sojourner

    jeff,

    by the way, i’ve intentionally made some errors in my brief notes to you, to see if you would catch them. if you were the language authority that you infer you are, you would have pointed them out to me.

    you’re a fraud, jeff, and you’re not worth another response.

    these are my last words to you. you bore me.

  80. 80. Jeff

    Sojourner,

    Go finish your homework, kid. Here are the corrections of your last passage below —

    ~~~Jeff,
    By the way, I’ve intentionally made some errors in my brief notes to you, to see if you would catch them. If you were the language authority that you infer you are, you would have pointed them out to me.
    You’re a fraud, Jeff, and you’re not worth another response.
    These are my last words to you. You bore me.~~~
    You are getting a “D-” for this mister for not paying attention in class. Oh, and stop texting during class!
  81. 81. sojourner
    jeff, true to what i said earlier, i am not responding to your response. instead, i offer an observation.
    the reason why you’re so concerned about my capitalization is that your interpreter (who’s probably arabic) has difficulty with anything written in English that he does not expect to see. It throws him off.
  82. 82. Jeff
    Sojourner,
    Kid, in America, we capitalize the first word of each sentence. That’s how we were taught, from the very young age. I believe that you have it all twisted. Your Arabic language is what deters you from noticing the difference. So go to an American school and stay away from the mosque, kid. You might actually learn something useful for once.
  83. 83. anon
    Jeff and Kelly, both of you are idiots. Both of you are so concerned about attacking each other that you’ve strayed so far from the subject at hand. Rather than just mindlessly bickering to each other how one is a basement dweller and the other is an elitist mother (yes, Kelly, your statements about your oh-so-perfect family did come off as elitist) why don’t you two back up your opinions on the candidates with hard facts.
    speaking of which. Who the hell said it would be so horrible having an elitist president? it sure as hell beats having an average joe in office (ie anyone with the mind capacity as you two)
  84. 84. Ed Wallis
    “Jeffie” O’bot Fraudmeister 12:14pm,
    If you think “I’M SO OLD”…I’ll assume that means YOU’RE TOO YOUNG.
    …which makes me wonder why you are so ignorant of the fact that PJM could simply check the IP address of whomever wrote that “fraudulent” post. IT WASN’T ME, SILLY CHILD.
  85. 85. Jeff
    Anon,
    Kid, I was not talking to you so mind your own damn business and brush up on the grammar.
    Ed Wallis,
    Your ideology is in the 20th century. We live in the 21st century, I must point that out to you.
  86. 86. terry_mo
    I read your blog. They are pretty good, but often lacking hard core criticism especially when it come to Barack Obama’s flip flops. Recently, I have discovered a website devoted entirely to Obama flip flops. In fact it is called obamaflipflops.org. Not only that they have his political flip flops and blogs but they also sending obama sandals (flip flops) to Obama. That’s they have sent hundreds of pairs to Barack Obama’s campaign headquarters. I suggest you guys visit the site and join the cause.
  87. 87. Ed Wallis
    Jeff 12:23pm –
    …and I consider the SOCIALISM which you and Obama promote A 19th CENTURY *F*A*I*L*E*D* IDEOLOGY.
  88. 88. Lee-Missouri Ozarks
    Kyle-Anne: This one ranks way up there on the “tongue buried firmly in cheek” meter. Loved every nuance ( like that word?, its the latest elitest addition to the Democrat lexicon)
