Former DOJ Colleagues Confirm Whistleblower Adams’ Accusations
Former FEC Commissioner Hans A. von Spakovsky (pictured at left): “I can confirm a number of facts stated by Mr. Adams in his testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights about the voter intimidation lawsuit filed against the New Black Panther Party and several individual defendants.”

Civil Rights Division Attorney Karl Bowers: “In my experience, there was a pervasive culture in the Civil Rights Division and within the Voting Section of apathy, and in some cases outright hostillity, towards race-neutral enforcement of voting-rights laws among large segments of career attorneys.”

Oh oh. A sworn affidavit too, meaning perjury charges if he’s lying. On the other side we have how many from DOJ swearing in a court of law that this is a lie? They won’t even let them testify.
Wow.
I simply do not understand how people can be directed not to testify.
Otherwise there are no checks and balances.
Precisely.
Welcome to Obamamerica.
Are you sure that’s not obombamerica?
Your confusion is clarified if you just delete the first word from your second sentence.
With this thug and his hired thugs, the quickest way to the truth is to believe your lying eyes.
And the MSM covers this story in … 1,000,003…1,000,002…1,000,001…
Ha. Yes, one wonders when they’ll cover the bias occurring in the Bush DOJ Civil Rights Division from 2007 to 2008, as this sworn statement affirms. Oh, wait…that’s probably not the kind of bias or the time period you were thinking of…maroons.
There were armed thug racists intimidating people at the polls under Bush? And regardless, is this kind of third world voting environment here just fine with you? Every single criticism of Obama, no matter what it is, is answered with one or both of the same two words every time: “Bush” and “Racism”. It’s lame and essentially amounts to an admission of “we have no excuse.”
Actually, there were – it was under Bush that the armed thugs were hangin’ out at the Philly polling station. It was also under Bush that a lawsuit was brought under said armed thugs, and I believe it was under Bush that the summary judgment against said armed thugs was reached. It was, however, under Obama and Holder that the emboldened racists at the DOJ decided they could drop this already-won case with impunity. So far, they were right.
Blaming Bush for this one is about as stupid as blaming cops for crimes. I think if he had realized how pervasive this atmosphere was, he’d have fired a bunch more federal attorneys (who all serve at the pleasure and whim of the President) – which was, of course, the correct way to deal with the situation. Makes one wonder what the real story was beneath the firing of those 12 federal attorneys way back when.
“Blaming Bush for this one is about as stupid as blaming cops for crimes.”
…and they are that stupid. Besides the fact that they like the perks of being obama’s worshippers.
Sure I remember the Bush Chapter of the Neo-Nazi KKK with their HK91′s @ the polls in Negro areas of Baltimore back in 2000.Just practicing my lying, it’s now the norm to lie about everything just like Uncle Barry & his crew.
Yes, and not only that, but all republicans are racist white people and kill puppies. Bush caused the oil spill and that sled guy’s death in the winter olympics and he kills puppies (cause that is what the KKK does). Oh and cheney is a vampire that takes the form of a fart cloud and attacks gay handicapped minorities in bathroom stalls for thrills. Up is down, left is right.
There were armed thug racists intimidating people at the polls under Bush? And regardless, is this kind of third world voting environment just fine with you?
Every single criticism of Obama, no matter what it is, is answered with one or both of the same two words every time: “Bush” and “Racism”. It’s lame and essentially amounts to an admission of “the rules don’t apply to Obama.”
As I explained, bush raised evil vampire cheney with the souls of dead puppies (from the kkk rallies).
You darn white racists, just don’t watch rachel maddow enough or your brain would be awash of current events.
I don’t give a damn whether they blame this on Bush or Obama or Clinton or someone’s dog. I want Holder to step forth and reassure ME that MY vote is not going to be canceled out because of someone’s racist agenda in the DOJ. That’s what this comes down to, and if you think otherwise, you’re a maroon, bud.
Our most basic right, the one everything else hinges on, is our right to a voice in government through our votes. This issue is critical. It is appalling that the problem in the DOJ was allowed to reach this point, no matter whose watch it was under. Since it has percolated to the surface in 2010, it is Obama’s job, duty, and responsibility to TAKE CARE OF IT.
And let’s not forget that there was an analysis done of contributions by party for DOJ employees during the 2008 campaign, and it found they gave to O! 2-1. Sure, they would have let any Republican get away with anything…..
Hey! Knock off your rear view mirror! Bush isn’t president. Obama is the man now. Every time Obama or his administration is called out on something the left wing’s reply ” Bush did it”. Take responsibility and quit blaming Bush for everything. Obama only wants to hear flowery comments not the truth.
Of course the nutcakes have to make up lies in order to make their guy look less bad.
What Bush era bias? Site specific examples and the outcome they led to.
And more and more Congressmen get blindsided when they get asked about the case in Town Hall meetings and don’t know what’s going on.
I doubt the writer of this little blurb—and certainly none of the readers—would be able to acknowledge this sentence:
“I served as Special Counsel on Voting Matters at the US Department of Justice from 2007-2008…”
Yes, that means that his entire affidavit reflects only his experience under the Bush DOJ! I would call you liars, but I think it’s rank stupidity responsible here.
As the original writer of this little blurb, I suggest that you might want to think more carefully here. You’re somehow making the assertion that Bower’s sworn statement about his experience in the Civil Rights Division in 2007 and 2008, describing events that happened in 2007 and 2008, is somehow questionable because he was only Special Counsel in 2007 and 2008?
Fascinating.
Rank and file DOJ attorneys are career federal employees, not political appointees such as US district attorneys, who change with each administration. If certain attitudes and policies were pervasive in 2007 and 2008,quite likely the same people with the same attitudes remained in 2009 and 2010.
The difference now is that these career attornies and their bosses in the administration now are ideologically aligned and they can enact their bizarre, racist view of civil rights with the full protection and assistance from their bosses.
There’s only three lines of text there, so you might want to carefully look through it and see if I wrote that it was questionable. I simply wrote that his experiences only highlight what occurred in the DOJ Civil Rights Division under the Bush Administration. It seemed a simply enough idea, but as I noted way above your pay grade.
offer broad confirmation of the whistleblower’s accusations of bias in enforcing voting rights.
According to this testimony, that bias was occurring during the Bush administration.
So your theory here is that multiple affidavits substantiating parts of Adams’ testimony, describing an extended pattern of abuse in 2007 and 2008 don’t provide any support for his assertions about a particular abuse that happened in … 2008?
Come on Charlie! You were expecting . . . logic?!
No, but it was a long day, it’s nice to get some humor out of it.
Careful. Gould’s Ghost has it on good authority that Christian Adams is a Mossad asset named Micha Yosef Halevy. Tel Aviv invented a secret device that remotely controls AG Holder’s voice. In reality, Holder has not appeared in public since ’06. More to come…
The sins of Bush were by omission.
The sins of Obama are by commission
The sins of Bush were mostly of the “omission” variety.
As in, his critics omitted reality?
Bigoted leftist head stuck where sun don’t shine. Keep digging ghole. I got the popcorn out.
Again: Copperhead contributors by 2-1 in DOJ for 2008.
And that makes it any less horrible how? Because the lesser of two evils did it too?
Sir, you need to get over your cheap self…
Be careful Mr. Ghost, one day it may be your own neck that’s put in the group that an admin feels doesn’t need any support from it’s law enforcers. Therein is the problem – what man deems is the “right type of people” to protect from injustice might one day not include anyone with the name of “Ghost”. Any type of status a “government” can give you… IT CAN TAKE AWAY.
Dang straight – well said Texans – thanks.
I can’t wait for summer vacation to end.
So your only argument against the evidence presented is that the guy was hired by Bush.
And you actually wonder why everyone is laughing at you?
First of all, Charlie, you’re funny. Well, I like this article, but I have ?’s. Why can’t Holder be FORCED to answer ALL of these allegations? We’re all watching this FRAUD right in front of our eyes and “every day is just another day”.
Who’s going to force Holder to answer questions? It would have to be either Congress or Obama. Or maybe a lawsuit brought by American citizens.
Neither congress nor the courts have any authority over an executive branch official who’s performing within his capacity.
Holder can’t testify before a house committee until after Nov (actually not until early 2011).
He’s a member of the executive branch. So neither congress nor the courts can compell his testimony.
wow wow – who you gonna call?
as our forefathers were fond of saying,
or at least what our old western forefathers were always saying,
on tv when i was a kid,
‘keep your powder dry’.
i’d give odds our 1776 era forefathers thought a lot of similar advise,
if not the same exact words.
off topic a little – did you see where the feds collected an extra $6 billion this year in taxes from folks buying extra ammunition and guns? finally, obama stimulated some production and spending.
You’re right–at least Obama is stimulating the economy in one area. Thank you for the morning laugh on my way to the ammo store…
Why can’t Holder be FORCED to answer ALL of these allegations?
I agree. He should be made to answer all allegations about everything everywhere. Things that happened at the DOJ in 2007, 2008…hell, the fifties, sixties and seventies. As long as you’re going to be delusional, go whole hog!
Ghost – You should carefully Pick your battles. Eric Holder’s made a string of bad decisions starting with OK’ing all the pardons in Clinton’s last days to the NYC trials for already admitted convicted terrorists. The guy is a complete joke as are most of the unqualified goofballs holding office appointed by by OhBlah-Blah-Blah.
If certain attitudes and policies were pervasive in 2007 and 2008,quite likely the same people with the same attitudes remained in 2009 and 2010.
So, you’re saying that this actually has nothing to do with Obama, but it’s only some bad eggs from the Bush years? Well, I’m glad you caught this; I’m sure Obama and Holder will be on their toes about these Bush era career criminals.
I love the smell of red herring in the morning. Smells like … victory.
Smells more like desperation to me.
Desperation? That’s hilarious. Desperation is taking events that occured in the previous administration—when you didn’t give a damn about racial justice—and trying somehow to connect to other allegations about the Holder justice department. The idiot who cried that he didn’t care when it happened, but that he wanted Holder to take responsibility was the first one of you clowns who got anywhere close to being honest. It must be nice gig Chuck…other writers have to approach some level of skill and standard of thought—but not you, with this readership.
Ok Ghost, maybe we can spell this out so even you “get it.” A fair number of “career lawyers” have worked their way up through the Dept. of Justice over the years *despite* their belief in racialist justice. Despite this, they didn’t control the agenda to the extent that they could get away with outrages like the abandonment of the Black Panther case. This case was thus successfully brought and nearly resolved before Obama made it to office. Once Obama reached office and appointed Holder, it appears that what was once an underground racialist philosophy was allowed to bloom…that this philosophy became not just a belief among a minority of the lawyers but the official policy of the D.O.J.
Now – a question for you. If the presence of people with a racialist philosophy was wrong under Bush, isn’t it even more wrong to make it official policy under Obama? Or would you prefer to explicitly defend the principles of racialist, “payback” justice? The Red Herrings you are throwing up don’t work – no one believes that we can simply say that this additional support for Mr. Adams has no implications for Obama’s DOJ because he served in 2008 – the BPP case makes it extremely clear that things have gotten worse, not better.
I’ve always wondered what the maximum number of lies a liberal could pack into a single paragraph. I’m sure Ghost is approaching the theoretical limit.
‘..when you don’t give a damn about racial justice..’.
Gould, I care for Justice. Though ‘Justice’ only. What about ‘Justice’ in and of itself? Unfortunately, groups/demographics who’ve more pigmentation (let’s be real.. worldwide nationalities have been copulating for decades whereas ‘minority’ is going way of the dodo) are wanting ‘reparation justice’.
Understanding this, you wouldn’t go on rants about ‘not claiming to be more intelligent’ and the next breath inserting a myriad of insults to posters intelligence. For that Gould’s Ghost is the epitome of ignorance.
Holder believes he and the DOJ are above the Law, the People and can distort the very incidents he’s sworn to uphold. Though, go ahead and bring Bush into the discussion.
Your reasoning is similar to having a girlfriend who’d brought her emotional baggage with her from previous relationships to the present. Blaming all her/his faults on the past, on someone else, yadda yadda yadda.
Responsibility has proven to be a b itch for politicians..
“Desperation is taking events that occured in the previous administration—when you didn’t give a damn about racial justice—and trying somehow to connect to other allegations about the Holder justice department”
Can you name one “event” you are referring to by the former administration related to racial in-justice? You can’t because there were none. That’s called reality. Maybe Bush appointing Sec of State’s Condalezza Rice and Colin Powell? Have you read Justice Clarance Thomas’s autobiography and compared it to OH-BLAHbama’s Dreams of my Father?
Conservatives are by nature not racial nor influenced by radicals and and not judgemental other than on the basis of merit.
You sir are desperate becaues you have no rational or logical basis for your arguments and apparantly that makes you name call and insult those of us who’s opinions differ from yours.
You are incoherent. Look there’s a kitty.
Are you deliberately distorting what I wrote, or are you simply stupid? I’ve worked with career DOJ attorneys since 1980′s and most of them are liberals who live in MD.
No, I’m not deliberately distorting what you wrote. But it seems you don’t understand the implications of what you wrote. The entire engine of this issue is powered by antagonism towards Obama. If what you say is true, then the implication is that it’s a problem outside of Obama’s control, just as it was outside that of Bush. You don’t seem to understand that I’m neither refuting or affirming your allegations against Obama. That’s because even if they’re true, they certainly don’t merit the level of sound and fury that’s being whipped up around them. What I’m writing specifically to you, is that your own argument refutes the argument that you’re engaged in. Focus on the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, which you claim has trans-administration bias. That seems fair, though not something I’m inclined to view as very important given the staggering history of the states robbing the poor and non-white of their right to vote, and the meager history of anything like the opposite occurring. I know asking people to be honest is tantamount to a laugh-line here. But you should know how obvious you people appear to an outsider. No one believes your “racial-equality” schtick, outside of a small group within the Republican party and the Tea-Party establishment that they’ve co-opted.
So the fact that the man appointed by Obama agrees with these attitudes instead of fighting against them is not relevant to you?
“But you should know how obvious you people appear to an outsider. No one believes your “racial-equality” schtick, outside of a small group within the Republican party and the Tea-Party establishment that they’ve co-opted.”
What party’s ideology freed the slaves (Lincoln – Conservatative). What party’s idology was responsible for the Civil Rights Movement (Dr. Martin Luther King, Conservative), what party’s idology consistantly utilizes Racism as a tactic to undermine the opponent (Democrats). What party voted 80% for the Civil Rights Act (Republicans) vs 60% (Democrats). What democratic senators fillibustered the Civil Rights Act (Byrd -Democrat, Gore – Democrat, among others). Who was the only KKK grand whatever leader and member of the Senate until his death last month (Byrd, Democrat) And finally what party has kept it’s constituants in poverty along racial lines for the last 50 years to maintain it’s power and control (Democrats).
What President is blatently racist in his own words in his autobiography. (Obama, Democrat (sort of)).
Check Mate.
Mr. Ghould,
Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes is an Obama political appointment to the Voting Section. She is the one that J. Christian Adams claims has halted any litigation against non-minority claimants requiring the necessary complicity of Mr. Holder’s DOJ . . . maroon (???).
My argument is air-tight—not because I’m brilliant, but because the person who posted Bowers’ affidavit doesn’t seem to understand that it only bolsters claims about the pre-Holder DOJ. A DOJ that you imbeciles defended tooth and claw from every single accusation. If you’re now alleging that these practices began under the Bush administration, that will certainly undermine the engine of your racialized grievance against Obama. Apparently, according to your own line of thought, it’s the Civil Rights Division itself that’s the problem and it’s a problem that existed long before Obama, and one that Bush did not solve. This argument seems in keeping with the reality that it was the Bush administration that dropped the charges from federal to civil months before Holder got to the DOJ.
People see that this is a case of angry, confused, scared people trying to create a racial grievance to focus their rage. Even if it was exactly as you and your barely literate punditry claim—and it’s laughably obvious to even the most average intellect that it’s not—so what? It’s really difficult to believe that people are so obviously scared-shi%^^ess, bigoted, or dumb enough to think that this ONE incident is indicative of anything.
What escapes you:
Tu quoque is a logical fallacy, not an logical position.
The entire engine of this issue is powered by concern about the validity and protection of the right to vote.
The DOJ is a problem well witin Obama’s control.
If they’re true, they certainly do merit the level of sound and fury that’s being whipped up around them. Not to you maybe, as in this case you believe it’s to your benefit and mistakenly think it will be in the future.
Tu quoque is a logical fallacy, not an logical position.
Honest people don’t necessarily laugh at liars, but they do not take them seriously. That goes for basing positions on a string of logical fallacies also. You should mull over both observations awhile before indulging in the practices here. Because you aren’t going to be taken seriously until you stop.
Tu quoque is a logical fallacy, not an logical position.
Like most of the monkies copying thekir master, you have no idea what tu quoque is. Tu quoque is the act of responding to a criticism by claiming that the accuser is also guilty of it. That doesn’t describe my argument. I’m asking you why you have never cared about race issues at the DOJ Civil Rights Division until a black person was president. I’m asking you why you refuse to aportion the blame for this so-called incident to Bush as well as Obama. I’m asking you to present a logical argument as to why this is all Holder and Obama’s fault. You have none. It’s a bs event, taken by manipulative hucksters and sold to complete idiots who have a hard-on for Obama and/or can’t stand the idea that a black person is President. I think Obama is a horrible President. At least as crappy, if not more so than Bush and Clinton. But I doubt you even know anything about the mistakes he’s made, the errors in judgement, the hypocrisy, the lies…you hated him from the moment you saw him. And it’s pretty obvious why.
I know exactly what Tu quoque is. You’ve used it throughout this thread everytime you tried the Bush Administration did it caper. It’s the hallmark of an indefensible argument.
‘I’m asking you why you have never cared about race issues at the DOJ Civil Rights Division until a black person was president.’
You can pose that strawman in whatever terms you want. But until and unless you can provide evidence that I, (or the collective we that you’ve been aiming that crap at), never cared about race issues before a black person was president, that is and remains a strawman.
I don’t answer to strawman fallacies any more than I do Tu quoque fallacies. I point out that people who use them are not to be taken seriously.
‘I’m asking you why you refuse to aportion the blame for this so-called incident to Bush as well as Obama.’
As has already been pointed out to you, the incident, (not so-called, but the incident) occurred on Holder’s watch.
‘I’m asking you to present a logical argument as to why this is all Holder and Obama’s fault.’
Decisions made by Holder or by attorney’s under his oversight are Holder’s responsibility? It’s that easy.
‘It’s a bs event, taken by manipulative hucksters and sold to complete idiots who have a hard-on for Obama and/or can’t stand the idea that a black person is President.’
Take your racialist huckstering and shove it. It’s past time you vapid progressive cannon fodder stop hiding your inability to make a logical argument behind Obama’s skin color.
Ghost, your argument is shallow and one-sided.
IF you were to say that the problem existed under Bush AND that it has gotten worse under Obama, then we might have some respect for your perception and honesty.
But you won’t. And we don’t.
And hiding behind steaming piles of “snot” doesn’t work either.
Putting aside the salient facts that Bush is no longer president and Obama and his appointee Holder are responsible for executing the law today, in the present, your analysis, which ignores the further fact that Holder told the career DOJ personnel to drop the case against the NBP, remains faulty as long as you don’t produce an instance in which Bush’s appointee to Justice acted to quell an investigation or prosecution of voter intimidation by the members of the permanent bureaucracy.
Even so, that was then; now is now. Are you saying that Holder should not be held responsible for dropping the case?
People see that this is a case of angry, confused, scared people trying to create a racial grievance to focus their rage.
you mean the accusations onthe tea party?
I am happy others are going to step forward to corroborate Adams- prevents the Holder/Obamination spin doctors from accusing him of “being a disgruntled” ex or other defamation and insinuations
The election was 2008. Complaints were lodged by the DEMOCRATS about the BPP at the time of the election. The case went to court in 2009, by which time Holder was in office. The BPPs were found guilty and were waiting for sentencing when Holder’s office had all charges dropped. The charges were dropped by Holder’s DOJ, not Bush’s, in 2009 after Obama was in office and Holder was head of DOJ.
I don’t see anyone claiming that they were hired under Bush, or by Bush. Care to try again, maybe this time you might come within shouting distance of reality.
This is institutionalized racism within the DOJ section that is supposed to enforce racial equality. This is a very serious issue.
This is akin to black supremacy being the de facto law of the land. Never mind that we also have CAIR and Sharia Law sympathizers inside the DOJ as well, which might explain why there has been Constitutional slippage and Dhimmitude towards Islam openly being displayed by the executive branch. Is this just the tip of the iceberg?
Let’s keep digging you guys. Thanks! “Houston we have a problem… (and it’s not muslim outreach)
I suggested some weeks ago, and I’m not alone, that what is going on is a recipe consisting of part Alinsky, part BLT, part Islam. It’s right there in front of us.
This is akin to black supremacy being the de facto law of the land.
By George, I think he’s got it!
Wait, Ghould, what am I missing here? The Bush administration brought charges against them. The case was a slam dunk and prosecuted. The Obama adminsitration, i.e., Holder’s group, dropped the charges. How does that condemn the Bush adminstration on this one? I’m trying to follow your logic.
STOP IT!!!!! You are only going to confuse him with logic and fact!!!
I don’t care who the freaking President is when it happens. It needs stopped. People need fired and charged with racial discrimination. We can’t have the DOJ deciding who to prosecute based on race. Especially when the race being sheltered from prosecution votes 95% for the party in power. Are there really that many Americans with no principles whatsoever?
yes…..
The heck with rule of law, Constitution’s only a piece of paper! Minority left/liberals need to get some racist payback to feel good about themselves! (Remember, an arbitrary 3% tax on tea in 1773 is why we’re now an independent nation.)
Is there ANYTHING left to the obummerbot progressive/Marxist party but lies and deceit??? They have become NOTHING but a putrid-filled shell of themselves.
Notice the obummerbot fellow posting under charlie martin and gould’s ghost and such stopped posting as soon as his twisted logic and bald-faced lies was exposed by keith:
“Mr. Ghould,

And Holder (with Obama’s direction) is going after Arizona for “racial profiling.”
That’s the funniest thing I’ve heard in a long while. It’s OK for the Obama Administration to actually condone racial crimes, while at the same time, it’s unconscionable for Arizona to question someone about a possible crime? They must really be slapping each other on the backs . . . how clever they are!
By the way, Mr Adams, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your courage and for your obvious love of our great Country for being a stand-up man, and saying enough is enough. God Bless you, I’m sure it must be very difficult for you right now.
Does anyone know where videos of these hearings may be seen?
What’s even funnier is the claim that Arizona is using this law in a racist manner, when the law hasn’t even gone into affect yet.
Like most liberals, Obama and Holder know, beyond a shadow of a doubt that all whites are racist, and nothing will ever shake that belief.
When Injustice Becomes Law, Rebellion Becomes Duty..
Is this corruption, a complete disregard for our laws or what?
Obama will not fire Holder. My opinion is that Obama supports the DOJ’s direction relative to the dismissal of the black panther lawsuit.
What can be done to get our country back?
Remember Eric Holder was at justice during Bush, he was a hold over from Clinton’s 1st term. I am sure that it was Holder that came up with the cases EVERY election of a republican. One was hearsay, the 2nd was dismissed as there was no evidence but of course after the election, and the 3rd was convicted but turns out DOJ withheld evidence and on appeal a very pissed judge threw it out for prosecutor misconduct, but of course way after the election. All the while there were cases on the democrat side that just sat and sat. How long did it take for them to bring the case against the congressman Jefferson? I believe it was 7 years and finally was convicted of 11 of 17 counts of bribery but not in an election year! Yes, Bush should have fired them all instead he was bullied and our cowardly GOP did nothing to support him. Look at this site http://forthegrandchildren.blogspot.com/2006/01/lets-arrest-some-democrat-criminals.html Then Holder starts gunning for Bush and Cheney after Obama is elected all the while Rangels fat tail has never been brought up on charges, Reid for accepting bribes, Dodd accepting bribes, Gerry Studds was accused of going after a minor and again never indited, Sandy Burger was CAUGHT STEALING and destroying SECRET DOCs and never brought upon charges! Then there is Clinton Admin below:

Visits made to the White House by investigation subjects Johnny Chung, James Riady, John Huang, and Charlie Trie. 160
Number of campaign contributors who got overnights at the White House in the two years before the 1996 election: 577
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
On the other end of the spectrum, the USA is holding a Jewish political prisoner, who was denied bail because the Government said in open court and the circuit court agreed, he may flee to Israel!
False non-violent charges, really 2, but the government used 6 or 7 succeeding indictments in dissecting one charge and the other is a law that has never been used since the 1920s.
That is right no bail, non violent charge, no passport, but may flee to Israel.
But wait, there is more…6 former US Attorney Generals and Ken Starr signed a letter of protest along with 31,000 other people…And the first mass rally in history, with thousands of protestors, may occur outside a Federal Penitentiary with Pogrom/Political prisoner signs.
The former prosecutor defence attorney was denied the ability to mount an appropriate defence
The USA has defined a set or rules/laws that make anyone a target…including bribe/blackmail to get the testimony you want!
The case reviewed by Rubashkin attorney Guy Cook: get ready for the shock of your life.

They are coming for innocent Jews!
Apparently, electing a ‘non white’ president hasn’t served to help us down the road of post racialism, but in fact has enabled the beginning of what seems to be retaliatory justice against ‘whitey’. All in all a deeply cynical application of both justice and politics.
For the last time:
Only minorities have civil rights.
Get it? Now, let’s move on.
I remember years ago attempting a post on Huffponazi…she would not even consider posting my careful analysis…”liberalism is a mental disorder disturbed by facts” that are not “religiously ultra secular”..
So the DOJ is a political organization.
This Odministration’s policies and conduct can only be explained by the supposition that they believe themselves to be “Impeachment-proof”.
I fear that they may be correct in this belief, since having the first African-American President suffer an impeachment at the hands of a GOP Congress would be grist for the moonbat mill for at least a century.
Now it may very well be that the Alleged Hawaiian has a pass, but his lesser minions do not.
One hopes that articles of impeachment against Eric Holder and Ken Salazar are forthcoming next January.
We should demand that Obama fire Holder (but we know that won’t happen)
Wow!
” Gould’s Ghost
Desperation? That’s hilarious. Desperation is taking events that occured in the previous administration—when you didn’t give a damn about racial justice—and trying somehow to connect to other allegations about the Holder justice department”
So you’re saying that linking to a previous admin., to “explain” action in a current admin., is a BAD thing?
Inquiring minds want to know…
What difference does it make when these race-based malfeasances began, whether under Bush, or Clinton, or Obama? The fact is, it’s continuing… under the Obama administration… and NOTHING is being done about it. This president, and this attorney general, have neither one even made a statement either to deny it or to try and justify what’s going on. Incredibly, they seem to think if they ignore it long enough, it will go away. Magical thinking from an administration that’s based on nothing but.
Obama’s supporters may try to excuse and justify all they like, but that’s nothing but… what’s the phrase here?… putting lipstick on a pig.
The fact is, it’s continuing… under the Obama administration… and NOTHING is being done about it.
Oh, so now whenever I hear about this, it will be as a plaintive plea for Obama to undo the malfeasance of former administrations? Hmm…I can’t wait to see that happen. Who are you fools fooling but your own foolish selve?
You have yet to demonstrate that previous adminstrations are guilty of malfeasance.
Regardless, you continue to defend the malfeasance of this adminstration.
As a fascinated observer of the ongoing diatribe, this seems to have all started with an unsupported claim, by Ghost whisperer, about the Bush DOJ, in the context of an actual current DOJ case. Let the truth set you free….allegations are allegations until they are established by fact…not of the cut and paste kind.
No, not at all. I’ve already explained that I don’t care one way or the other about this issue. Even if this were true, if the DOJ Civil Rights Division had either purposefully or by accident let one non-white person intimidating voters free, I would consider it inconsequential. In the first place, given the incredible problems facing our nation, with a bankrupt economy and two occupations, I have to say that one would have to be an irresponsible ignoramus to move that issue above everything else, and to the level of noise it currently enjoys in your cul-de-sac discourse. Seriously, I don’t care who does it—black, white, asian, transdimensional spider alien—but I hope someone keeps you from your polling place, for the sake of the country I love so dearly. Beyond that, it’s incomprehensible to me how testimony from someone who worked in the DOJ under the Bush administration does not have you up in arms about what occured under the Bush administration. If you were really interested in creating a race-blind Civil Rights Division, you would be pleading with Holder to unseal all of the cases from the Bush and Clinton administrations as well. Those racist voter-intimidation enthusiasts are still out there, and perhaps still intimidating voters.
Incomprehensibly, though you claim to want a race-neutral Civil Rights Division, you are only interested in one case, that happened two years ago, under the Bush administration, and you are only interested in it for as long as you can blame Obama for it. This only confirms to mainstream America, that their initial survey of your movement is correct. But to me, it means you’re a lot dumber than I thought you were.
So you admit that you have been lying all along when you claim you have evidence that the Bush adminstration DOJ was racist.
I’ve not claimed the Bush administration is racist anywhere here. You should ask one of your children for some help reading the larger words. I’m merely helping some of you understand what you’re actually arguing by posting this affidavit. I have no idea what happened during the Bush era Civil Rights Division. It’s as much a priority to me now as it was five years ago; and as it was to you people before a black person was President.
For someone who doesn’t care one way or another about this issue, you’re sure spending a lot of time and bandwidth on it.
Who was the only KKK grand whatever leader and member of the Senate until his death last month (Byrd, Democrat) And finally what party has kept it’s constituants in poverty for the last 50 years to maintain it’s power and control (Democrats).
What occurred with the DOJ is racist, illegal, and wrong.
And the Tea Partiers are racist – what a joke.
I think this malfeasance must have been the statistically zero unemployment, security after 9/11, economic prosperity, and a president and administration that acted in the best interest of We the People of the United States of America.
‘..plea for Obama to undo the malfeasance of former administrations’.
Gould, this is the REASON Government is in place. To apply changes when necessary to programs that are dated, worn out its welcome, out of step with the times.
Though what about the ‘malfeasance’ practices Obama CHOOSES to continue?
-Gitmo remaining opened.
-Air strikes in Pakistan.
-Non-disclosure of WH visitors.
-Supporting bank bailout, while implementing a ‘bailout’ on his watch that stil hasn’t improved the private/non-Union sector.
There are many more policies. Oh wait, the Obama administration did change the ROE in Afghanistan, I’m sure that’s qorking out well. Oh, bad example..
Obama is unable to undo, remedy anything. Instead, he’ll get another panel, discussion, summit, Slick Willy etc., to spoon feed him.
But hey, by all means continue making excuses for Obama and calling dissenters ‘stupid’.
It’s astounding how liberal, left leaning people always fall back to insults, smarter than thou nonsense.
You’re stating that if this problem began during the Bush administration, that administration is as culpable as Obama’s; however, in the Pajama’s article titled, BREAKING: A Third Former DOJ Official Steps Forward to Support J. Christian Adams, Robert Driscoll, Deputy Assistant Attorney General from 2001-03, stated that the “lawsuit was filed (during the Bush administration) by experienced voting rights lawyers at DOJ to remedy the situation (the Black Panther matter) and prevent such future conduct. And yet the case was dismissed voluntarily by the DOJ (after a shift in administration).” First two parenthesis mine, last one his.
And if you read my last reply to you, you will see that the Obama’s Voting Section appointee, Lisa Fernandez, is complicit in this alleged new policy as well.
Please pull you a** out of the liberal cocoon and educate yourself before you make your comments.
Just ignore Gould. It is factually inaccurate that the Bush DOJ dismissed any portion of this case. He doesn’t know what he is talking about.
Here is the latest bomb to drop on this issue…
Did Thomas Perez Testify Truthfully?
http://www.commentarymagazine.com/blogs/index.php/rubin/329346
Maybe if we set some ground rules, we can get some semblance of rational thought into the rather baseless claims that somehow “blame Bush” is viable alternative to foan attempt at an adult conversation.
This Tourette’s-like tic among leftists leaves them drooling and frothing like rabid mongrels any time overt hypocrisy is spotlighted in an administration that seems to specialize in it.
So, first groundrule. Let’s focus on the actions taking place AT THE PRESENT. Holder and his minions have made specific decisions that must be weighed and measure ON THEIR OWN MERIT. This magician’s trick of waving sparkly mental trinkets in the air in order to distract the eye can work perhaps on mindless lemmings, and Kos Kidz, but shouldn’t work on anyone with a firing synapse.
The intentional burying of overt, club wielding, verbally abusive RACIAL intimidation for the express purpose of BULLYING VOTERS OF A CERTAIN RACE AT A POLLING PLACE, should not be granted an approval through passive acquiescence or expressed alibi…simply because of political expediency or one’s “tilt” toward one party or the other.
Let’s quit being disingenuous. Leftists are trying to “blame Bush” because to face the hypocrisy and sniveling alibi’s would undermine “their” side.
The issue is this. Right is right, wrong is wrong, fair is fair. If you can’t stand for that, then Holder is right. You are a coward.
And a liar.
And a hypocrite.
But isn’t it just hysterical that the one particular case that the crazy right wing is vomiting over just so happens to focus on scary black guys who are trying to take away your right to vote?
How am I supposed to take the GOP seriously when it cries that it’s not hopelessly racist when FOX News is hyperventilating about black people 24/7?
This behavior is unacceptable and their skin color make no difference. The skin color comes into play when they are treated differently by the Obama DOJ. That is why the **vast majority** of Americans are disgusted – not just the right. What is odd, is that the left seems to condone it. That is peculiar and unfortunate.
You conflate
“when FOX News is hyperventilating about black people 24/7?” obviously you don’t watch Fox news, but are a brainwashed sad little guy who can’t think for yourself. Honestly, if you are incapable of doing your own research to find out for yourself what is what, it might be best to not comment at all. This is getting as tired as the attacks on Bush. For Gods sake please grow up! Good grief…
Fox News?
Bush is to blame?
Are all leftists mental defectives by coincidence or is there a genetic predisposition that causes both afflictions?
Fox News isn’t the issue. If you care about racism and you care about intimidation at a polling place, then Fox News is an inane non sequitor.
If you don’t, then stop pretending and just say you’re a hypocrite and be done with it.
I think that people incapable of rational thought become lefties because it’s a political philosophy that doesn’t require thought, just emotion and reiterating the Talking Points Du Jour.
People who can think critically become conservatives.
People become Leftist moonbats because they want to feel popular.
The quickest way to simulate the illusion of popularity is to sign up for an Obamacare plastic livestock ear-tag, and join the rest of the moonbat cattle herd grazing in the Federal paddock next to the McDonald’s franchise.
Since they usually keep their heads down searching for the next government dandelion to munch on, the macabre irony of their situation utterly escapes their notice.
Pastor,
‘..hopelessly racist’?
Hey guy, the NAACP, you know – one of many irrelevant black-only need apply organizations (propped up by, wait for it.. Democrats!) are trying to call another organization which welcomes ALL nationalities, wait for it.. RACIST!
You know the NAACP, a mechanism of liberalism, i.e. Democrats which does nothing but employ divisive tactics that has long worn out its welcome.
Do you recall one of the alphabet stations asking a Black attendee at a Tea Party event, ‘Are you nervous to be around these people’? Whereas his response was, ‘These are my people. These are Americans’. Ahh, nice try, Pastor.
How about Reid’s comments regarding Obama? Rangel commenting on Obama visiting Harlem? Bill maher discussing Obama not reacting to the Gulf crisis like a real black man? Heck, Obama himself in his autobio when commenting on who he’d stand with in a crisis? The church Obama attended? I’m sure the LAT video depicts Obama saying ‘wonderful’ things about Jewish people. I’m ‘really’ looking forward to the LAT releasing said video..
Wolf Blitzer commenting of ‘one’ of Obama’s accomplishments during the Presidential election if/being President.. is being Black!
How ’bout Wolf’s colleagues, Rick Sanchez, Soledad O’Brien turning EVERY human interest piece into ‘the poor people..’.
Gaffetastic Biden about Obama and his oratorical skills.
Obama speaking in the 3rd person and ending his sentence, ‘..and oh yeah, he’s Black’.
If it wasn’t for race, the alphabet soups/ Obama supporters, Democratic Black Caucus, Hispanic Caucus, ACLU, the DNC, ad infinitum of ‘Civil Rights advocates’, they’d have NOTHING to discuss.
I find it odd pigmentation is of any interest to anyone.
Pastor,
Calling ‘racism’ in 3, 2.. ahh you beat me to it!
Well how about it. These two appear right on cue NOS ID’s, same old moho.
Hilarious and hysterical.
Gould’s Ghost
“That’s hilarious.”
“…one of you clowns who got anywhere close to being honest.”
July 16, 2010 – 5:10 am
31. Pastor of Muppets
“But isn’t it just hysterical …”
July 16, 2010 – 1:11 pm
Did that boat sink?
Actually, if you switch the first syllables of Pastor of Muppet’s name you get “Master of Puppets,” which sounds like someone with a sock on his hand.
This made me laugh…wow, did you figure that out all by yourself, you incredible genius? The next thing you’ll tell us is that Master of Puppets was a popular tune from a metal band in the eighties.
Both of these ID’s have been used by The Principal Liar sleazits Persons Galore in the past. Notice that sleazits has disappeared. This is the pattern. It gets exposed and then runs away.
sleazits was outed as The Liar he is in no uncertain terms, so it’s time to bring on a new Master Personality. Pastor hasn’t been used for some time, so that ID may be Gould’s support.
Look at the posts with Gould. And the themes. Racism, idiots, claiming others are mentally defective, multiple posts beyond reason, etc. It fits the M.O. to a “T”.
Metallica has an album, Master Of Puppets. Transposing the letters is a lame attempt at coolness.
The next time you’re in your doctor’s office, asking him for a neuro-psych evaluation. You were never coherent before, but the syntax and grammar in your recent unanswered posts to me indicate that you may have suffered a minor stroke.
“My argument is air-tight.” No, “collar too tight.”
Gee Toast, boat ride didn’t work out? 5 on 2? Mmm, mmm, mmm.
“…the syntax and grammar…”
“The next time you’re in your doctor’s office, asking him for a neuro-psych evaluation.”
Lame.
“…the syntax and grammar…”
Ok. Good Liar, Kyber. Speak –
“…the syntax and grammar..
Gould’s Ghost
“Like most of the monkies copying thekir master…”
Then the claim of love of half white “idiot” “hard-on” fascination.
“…complete idiots who have a hard-on for Obama and/or can’t stand the idea that a black person is President…”
July 16, 2010 – 3:36 pm
“That’s hilarious.”
The Kick Me sign riveted to your ass is very becoming. Yeah, the sign fits, wear it with pride. Boom!
Where the hell is sleazits? Snare?
You made your cesspool. Love it or leave it.
Whatever.
“This made me laugh”.
Poof! Lo and behold! The Principal Liar sleazits Persons Galore appears and makes a pass a being hip, by letting in the unwashed in on it’s big secret!
“This made me laugh”.
Ok, so there is a song too. But why would Mr. Gee Toast the “incredible genius” show interest His Master, and have such ultra cool hip knowledge of a heavy metal band? It’s so right on that it doesn’t seem to know that Metallica’s music has spanned nearly 3 decades. And Metallica dismissed as “a metal band in the eighties”? Really, really, really…lame. “Incredible Genius”? Lame Liar.
Then another phrase used in various forms, and the ceding of control to others. “This made me laugh”. ‘Ha”. Somebody “made” it do… something.
Look for posts where it references to others being funny. This is cannot be avoided as this is the proof of just how ultra cool hip it is, as well as proof that it’s raw sewage rap is beyond reproach.
So kick out some “you people”, “toothless hillbillies” and other such choice “Incredible Genius” lines moho. Let it all hang out.
“This made me laugh”.
Sure, 5 on 2 on an air mattress. The Essence of Modern Liberal Coolness!
A Cesspool can be “made” to be a funny place. Why not?
You made it. Love it or leave it.
Whatever.
Well you see there’s good racism & there’s bad racism, any not too bright child could tell you that.
It is at least possible that although Net handles may be changed & maybe sites as well, we are dealing with the same masochistic lunatics.
Hello Gould’s Ghost, your prayers will be answered, the VAT is coming.
Effective communication is difficult under the best circumstances. When dialogue is converted from the exchange of facts, ideas, opinions and such to a competition or quest to win an argument then there is no gain to be had. I sense that Gould`s Ghost is not saying what he really wants to say. Do you believe sir that whites are inherently racist and are resentful of minorities in power. Personally I hate injustice, period. Lets not forget to be good listeners and consider things for a time before we commit to an opinion, be willing to change directions in an instant if the evidence should warrant and remember that we all have a natural defense mechanism that triggers when we experience conflict that can greatly hinder or incapacitate our ability to reason. Lastly, I think we are all defective so honesty is truly the best policy. Even if it is painful. God Bless America
It is obvious that these Obama administation DoJ detractors are nothing but a bunch of racist tea party members…. All hail Obama, father of our new/changed country!!! God help us all….
I’d like to know WHY WE’RE STILL TALKING ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF STOPPING THESE “LYING EMPLOYEE’S” IN THEIR TRACKS AND GET THEM OUT OF THERE? As we watch “the Keystone Cops” on a daily basis, we can see it; and NOW we have REAL PROOF? So why haven’t they been HANDCUFFED AND REMOVED? They are wasting “YOURS AND MY TIME, AND MOST CERTAINLY, OUR MONEY”. PUT THEM IN JAIL ALREADY. jeeeezzzzz We have AMERICANS TO TAKE CARE OF.
The rants posted by “Gould’s ghost” remind me of what a teenager often does when caught in a lie by their parents. A lot of times it goes something like this….
Mom: “John…I know you didn’t go to the bowling alley last night like you said you were going to do.
John: “What are you talking about…yeah I did?”
Mom: “I found the Grateful Dead concert tickets in your jean pockets.”
John: “So what…now you’re going through my stuff? That’s great Mom. Are you gonna start strip searching now?
Mom: “John is just that I care and I worry about what you might be getting into.” John: “So I guess that means you just started to care about me because you never pulled this kind of crap before. So why do you only care about me now huh? You only love me now because Dad left huh?”
The kid is caught in an inconvinient truth and tries using any means possible to turn the discussion away from the issue at hand. I remember doing this kind of stuff so vividly. I was so self absorbed and hell bent on avoiding the consequences that I would resort to this often mean spirited silly back and forth . The thing that you don’t realize until you’re older is that you’re fooling nobody.
In a round about way that’s kind of what I suspect “Ghould’s ghost” is doing here. He’s rambling about…muddying up the waters to avoid acknowledgeing the disturbing truth this issue illustrates. I suspect he experiences some kind of catharsis (sp?) from playing this game…
“The Obama administration shows overt racial bias butttt… many people conspiring with the administration were also in the DOJ during the Bush administration soooooooo….therefore…..the Bush administration was equally as bias.”
…but I fail to grasp how.
This isn’t the first time. Watch the documentry “WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED” Same thing happend in the Primary, only this time it was BHO vs. Hilary Clinton. Clinton knew and still agreed to work with BHO
