And what about the organization Americorp, who received 5 Billion dollars to creat a group ” with training equal to or better than that of our US Military”. Why should the President want to create a civilian military force? Aren’t there laws against that.

And don’t forget, ACORN has already received many millions of dollars and is eligible for, if I recall, more than 8 Billion US dollars from the Stimulus Bill.

If a doctor had ever performed Medicare Fraud, he’d be expected to pay back all the monies he’d have received from Medicare with penalties. ACORN should be forced to pay back all the monies they have ever received and the 294 front groups for ACORN should be investigated as well.

ACORN and AMERICORP should be forced to return all the monies they received. If a doctor had been caught performing fraud, as ACORN appears to have done they’d have had to return all the Medicare monies they’d collected plus penalties.

It is hard to establish these arranged marriages, the taxpayers have paid hundreds of millions to put Acorn in this advantageous position and now it appears this advantage has been thrown away by the fickle nature of the census bureau invoking vague notions of integrity and honesty. If DC is a no fault divorce area, Acorn will be entitled to even more funds. Obama may even invoke Executive privilege to give custody of the census to Acorn and instruct the Census Bureau to find another position. Divorces are messy businesses at best, with Obama officiating over the proceedings, the results can be bizarre.

STATEMENT OF STATE’S ATTORNEYS OFFICE FOR BALTIMORE CITY RELATIVE TO THE ALLEGED BALTIMORE ACORN INCIDENT

Baltimore, MD – September 11, 2009 – We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City State’s Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.

If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

Would it be really cynical to wonder if her decision to possibly prosecute the makers of the video, and not the ACORN employees, could be politically motivated or biased?

Now, perhaps Hannah Giles and James O’Keefe did violate some code about video taping without consent, but is that really the focus and main concern of Patricia Jessamy?

ACORN employees were instructing two people on how to manipulate the law, falsify federal documents and provide cover for underage sex slaves. And she wants to prosecute the people who exposed them?

Now, it’s no No-Doz worthy scandal, but Jessamy was accused by her opponent of accepting dirty money, and siding with criminals over cops.

It is a sinking feeling to realize you are being sold down river because those in Congress are reluctant to rock the boat and lose their share of pork corruption that is the Stimulus Bill.

Although, we should be careful not to condemn men like Wilson who have the cojones to stand up to the Obama Juggernaut. Steven King R of Iowa, refer to his website, he is blaming Pelosi, Frank, and Obama for stopping his bills to stop funding of Acorn and calls for congressional investigation. We may have more patriots than we are aware of.
