5 Things to Expect at the State of the Union Address
It’s the first State of the Union address since President Obama defeated Mitt Romney and was sworn in for a second term. If the weeks between the election and inauguration are any indication, Obama is girding for a no-apologies and perhaps no-precedent term as his policy goals are coupled with no fear of a re-election campaign.
If his clear frustration over having his immigration speech undercut by senators’ announcement of a bipartisan framework is any indication, he’s hellbent to claim the mantle on what he sees as legacy issues. And if the emerging makeup of his second-term cabinet is as clear of an indicator, he’s drawing a tight circle of loyalists even closer as he plunges ahead with his domestic and foreign policy agenda.
So what can be expected as Obama stands in the chamber before both houses of Congress Tuesday night?
Ready, aim, gun control: Obama’s party says that they’ve invited victims of gun violence to highlight their own legislative aims, but members who are allocating their one guest ticket in this way are filling a chamber full of people Obama can reference and point to during his address as he advocates for stricter gun laws. Dems are even splitting their tickets to fill the seats with gun victims. Rep. Gloria Negrete McLeod (D-Calif.) is bringing Christopher McDonnell, the father of 7-year-old Newtown victim Grace McDonnell, while Rep. Lois Frankel (D-Fla.) is bringing McDonnell’s wife, Lynn. “His presence at the president’s address this Tuesday will also serve as a powerful reminder that victims of gun violence are not just those who perish, but those who suffer from losing a loved one,” Negrete McLeod said.
Connecticut’s senators are expanding the guest list with Richard Blumenthal (D) bringing Newtown Chief Executive Officer Pat Llodra — a Republican, Blumenthal’s office stresses — and Chris Murphy (D) is bringing Newtown Detectives Jason Frank and Dan McAnaspie.
Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Texas), the shock-jock of the freshman class who has already called for Obama’s impeachment, has invited Ted Nugent as his guest. “I am excited to have a patriot like Ted Nugent joining me in the House Chamber to hear from President Obama,” said Stockman. “After the address I’m sure Ted will have plenty to say.” Meanwhile, Stockman will be live-tweeting the address with the hashtag #youlie — surely he should pay some royalties to Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.), who earned a formal rebuke from his House colleagues in 2009 after yelling “You lie!” to Obama during a joint session of Congress.
Half the story on sequestration: The White House mounted a full-court offense Friday against sequestration, claiming that if the mandated cuts go through without Republicans agreeing to a Democratic deal to stop them everything short of a zombie apocalypse would break loose. “Outbreaks of foodborne illness” would rise as kids get kicked out of Head Start and seniors starve as federal prosecutors don’t try criminals and hundreds of thousands of seriously mentally ill patients roam the streets. The White House tome claimed the cuts “could result in increased future HIV transmissions” and put more than 100,000 formerly homeless people back on the street.
What was missing from this plea to stop the $1.2 trillion in across-the-board cuts that will be trimmed with all the sensitivity of Leatherface? The area that will take half of the cuts in a serious blow to U.S. posture and national security.
“There was not one mention of the military, which is half of sequester’s cuts, in the White House’s fact sheet. I don’t know which is worse, the deafening silence from the White House or the tone-deafness about sequester’s impact on national security,” House Armed Services Committee Chairman Buck McKeon (R-Calif.) said Friday evening. “…I don’t doubt that important domestic programs will be in jeopardy if sequester falls in March, but our military is in jeopardy today.”
First-term revisionism: Where the gay community was disappointed with Obama’s first term, he can tell America on Tuesday night that the Pentagon, under his tenure, has approved certain benefits for same-sex couples (the day before). Where the Latino community thought he didn’t fulfill promises on immigration reform, he’s going to paint himself as the pied piper of a new effort for comprehensive, bipartisan reform (even though Congress beat him to it). And where everyone noticed that unemployment figures never moved that much, he’s going to talk job creation like Kevin Kline in the movie Dave.

The Nuge? What the Hecktor’s Pups is that? Sounds like a disease like the clap or something.
Ted Nugent is the penultimate chickenhawk. How anyone on the right could in any way idolize that washed up “singer” and long time blowhard maximious is absolutely astounding and rivals, if not surpasses, any insanity of the left.
Ted’s excrement adventures.
“Nugent dodged the draft during the Vietnam War. In an interview for the Detroit Free Press (July 15, 1990), Nugent described how he avoided the draft: He claims that 30 days before his Draft Board Physical, he stopped all forms of personal hygiene. The last ten days he ingested nothing but junk food and Pepsi, and a week before his physical he stopped using the bathroom altogether, virtually living inside pants caked with excrement and stained by his urine.”
The extreme coward POS Ted Nugent apparently literally $hit in his pants, and for a week, to keep from going to RVN!
He makes Bill Clinton look like Rambo and a class act by comparison, and that ain’t easy. Not easy at all.
When Nugent showed up at the induction center like that, they should have taken him out in the back alley, stuffed him in a barrel, and burned the $hit.
I ask this with no particular interest in Nugent pro or con.
And your record of military service is…….?
That should be irrelevant to the truth, but since you asked nicely, I volunteered for the draft, went to Field Artillery OCS and was in RVN 1971-1972.
And thank you for your reply. I, like Nugent and Clinton, dodged the draft.
I enlisted.
How exactly do you volunteer for the draft?
It wasn’t difficult. They liked to draft people back then. They even drafted people into the Marines at times. You just say to the draft board, “I want to be drafted now” and I probably signed something. I could have enlisted in the Army, but that would have meant signing up for 3 years instead of the 2 years that comes with the draft. Since I made it through OCS, it didn’t make any difference as it was discharged at that point and then you start all over (I got 2 DD214′s), but I didn’t know for certain that I would make it through OCS (almost 1/2 didn’t). If I had “washed out” of OCS toward the end, I would have had a little over a year left in the Army, rather than a little over two years left. It wasn’t “rocket science”.
Thanks that makes more sense.
To Feral Cat.
Well, either you volunteered or you were drafted. Which one was it? I volunteered and my father, who was a captain in the USN, swore me in to the ranks of the Navy as well. I still honor the oath I took that day in 1967. There were lots of dodgers but at least Ted believes in the constitution despite his avoiding getting drafted. Thanks for your service in either case.
I got to be honest. Anyone who “dodged” that waste of American lives endeavor called Vietnam was smart. Why do so many consider it noble to fight for a government that ties the hands armed forces with ridiculous rules of engagement that result in loss of American lives? The progressives then and now do not value the lives of military men and women and regularly sacrifice them at the altar of political correctness.
Whatever Ted Nugent did to avoid Vietnam I could care less. That is in the past and he did not cause harm to anyone through those actions. What matters is that today he is on the side of the Constitution and a strong, vocal supporter of the Second Amendment. He is a patriot here and now.
I say this as an U.S. Army veteran as if that even matters. What’s right is right.
” He is a patriot here and now”
If he is a patriot then the world has truly gone mad. He is a self-promoting bag of hot air and patriotism is not who can yell the loudest and most obscenely and act the most like a performing lunatic. He is the very caricature with which the left would like to paint all who support the Second Amendment. I have no intention of helping them.
Well, you seem to take a mighty interest in this man. I could care less. I’m inclined to believe he simply grew up and realized some home truths – something I’ve discovered in my own life. I’m not here to judge.
From what I’ve heard of the man he has his own place. He’s not perfect – none of us are. I doubt all those in our own beginning were pristine. However, they all believed in a cause. Your willingness to undermine someone because of a few warts is ignoble.
A few warts? That’s what you call caked excrement and performing like a deranged lunatic poster boy for a George Soros anti-Second Amendment ad? And I’m the one who is ignoble? Where am I? Oh no! This is Saint Elizabeth’s, isn’t it?
Louis Farrakhan and Ted Nugent – brothers from a different mother
I hate to nitpick but “I could care less” means the opposite of what you want it to mean.
Obama has a lot bigger fish to fry than Ted Nugent. What Obama will do is what he always does. He will turn one citizen against the other. The reasonable, thinking, caring, child loving parents and grandparents against selfish, close-minded, irresponsible, NRA indoctrinated, gun-owning right-wing zealots that cherish an outdated, non-contemporary, view of the meaning of the Second Amendment. He will implore the former to rally against the evil of the latter. Most listeners and viewers have no opinion regarding Nugent. But all too many will be convinced by this charlatan to have a strong negative opinion about guns and the legitimate gun owner…..even if that is a neighbor, friend or family member. Or your own sense of guilt. Pure Alinsky. It never ceases and it will be on full display at the SOTU circus.
Let’s just hope to God Almighty that Obama and his Media Minions don’t decide to use Nugent as a poster boy prop to paint all supporters of the Second Amendment with. And then if enough “conservative” web sites and “conservative” commenters rally around “Patriotic Uncle Ted” we can kiss it all goodbye.
Feral Cat, When I saw Ted Nugent’s name, I came to the site to say exactly what you said. What balls to be a draft dodger then and evolve into a chicken hawk. Like you I enlisted infantry in 1960 and was turned down for Inf. OCS in 1962, which is probably why I’m around in my seventies with 10 grandkids.
In hindsight, we should never have been involved in Vietnam or even Iraq II. But what did we know back then. Serving was a family and neighborhood tradition. But this Nugent fellow is repulsive. The Texas congressman is either an idiot or a phony grandstander like Nugent. Ditto the conservative hosts who have him on and laud him. By the way, other present day hawks dodged danger by becoming military lawyers, like Sen. Lindsay Graham.
Don, in 1962 the then relatively small Army was sending only a few hundred guys a year to OCS, so it would have been very difficult to get in – beaucoup competition. The big majority of applicants would likely not have been accepted since the ‘slots’ were so few as the Army was getting plenty of 2nd lts. from ROTC.
Between around 1966 and 1967, to support all the massive troop escalations in Vietnam, it was into the tens of thousand a year accepted to OCS. They had OCS’s for around 8 different branches for a couple of years, including even AG. When I went in 1969 it was well down from that, but sill over 2,000 a year for Field Artillery, with Infantry probably twice that number.
If you had been along a few years later, you likely would have been accepted with a ribbon on it, but then maybe no grandchildren, so maybe blessing in disguise.
From this following PDF, for Field Artillery, you can see the ‘explosion’ in class numbers and sizes starting around 1965 or so and then dropping off around 1968 or so.
http://faocsalumni.org/rosters_files/classrosters60s.pdf
I was in class 13-69.
See if you can spot a famous name in class 5-67.
Tommy Fanks?
Typo, sorry
FRANKS
Yes, Tommy Franks.
Don; you are incorrect in saying that we should not have been involved in Vietnam. Our failure in Vietnam was that we failed to fulfill our promise to the people and government of S. Vietnam; instead our government lost it’s nerve and withheld funding for continuing the fight against Communist aggression and we paid for that with the death of thousands of S. Vietnamese civilians and military when the country fell as well as our own national pride and prestige.
We prevailed in Korea in the 1950′s and the result today is a free and prosperous Republic of Korea, the “Tiger of the Orient” and one of the most industrious and successful nations in the entire world. We could have done the same for Vietnam and but for cowardly politicians we would have.
I volunteered for the U.S. Navy in 1969 and did two Westpac cruises in the Gulf of Tonkin; I also served in the Persian Gulf and wound up serving for 24 years. No, I didn’t see combat because there isn’t any country in the world that will face off with the U.S. Navy….at least there didn’t used to be.
Feral cat. you are a cum dumpster. STFU
What are you, about 6 years old, potty mouth?
Are you Ted Nugent? The real Ted Nugent? Or just a wannabe understudy?
Like to know ! How many murders have been committed since Rowe vs Wade was decided compared to deathes by gun.Remember, all those replying mothers chose LIFE.Bet you are glad she did.THINK ABOUT IT.
FeralCat, I would be much more impressed with your comment had you countered Teds positions one by one. Name calling and the attack on lack of military service do not impress. What % of Americans serve? I do believe it’s less then 1%. Just what is it you disagree with where Ted is concerned?
What part of all his excrement and gun in Obama’s mouth and Hillary’s – some other place – did you miss? BTW, I’m not trying to impress you. Get over yourself.
If this Stockman thinks Ted Nugent is a patriot then he knows nothing, NOTHING, about real patriotism. His idea of patriotism is a sarcasm, a burlesque, nothing but a joke.
FeralCat, Thank you for your service.
If Nugent did indeed do what he claimed he has done to avoide service to our country, would you have wanted him to serve with you?
Would you want him to serve with your children?
At this point, we now see where the man who pulled the trigger and ended Osama Bin Ladens life is going to seperate early with nothing but the healed injuries he gathered in training and service.
Yet you are angry at one of the props who will sit in the gallery and the representative who gave him the ticket to the show. And this State of the Union is a show.A show that many will ignore because the lines have already been drawn.
This anger serves the debate how?
Angry because the damn fool knew he was better at guitar picking than marching and taking orders? Did Nugent instinctively know he would make a better showman than a service man? And killing Bambi is not nearly as easy as killing a human while somebody else receives the glory?
Did you not learn anything? Have you now come to be what you despise?
Don’t give up your day job and become a shrink. You suck at it.
Spot on Tommy. Feral cat’s obsession with Ted Nugent is unhealthy.
The obsession to admire and defend him (well not so much defend him as go after those who don’t) – now THAT’S unhealthy – VERY unhealthy.
OK Feral Cat, you went to Vietnam, you’re a hero, but that was then and this is now. Obama is a million times greater menace to the US and the Constitution than Vietnam was, so Ted Nugent is railing against the menace, and that makes him a patriot.
Where did I say I was a hero? You are just making things up now.
Maybe “Uncle Ted” can perform this “classic” of his at the SOTU when he’s Stockman’s special and honored guest and spokesman. We could then probably kiss the Second Amendment goodbye. I couldn’t come up with a better ad for those who want to crush the Second Amendment. If George Soros is not paying Stockman, and Nugent, he should be.
Left/liberals feel guns are evil and should be banned but there’s a Constitutional right to abortion… of course, it’s only a right if they like it.
Stockman isn’t exactly a freshman. This is his second time around as a Congressman. Hopefully he’s learned a little since his first time. Nah.
Will any of them dare to explain (or attempt to) what any of the garbage they are throwing against the wall will do to prevent any criminal activity? Crickets! There is NO discussion or reasoning with these radical left wing extremist demokkkrats. There is no limit to how low they will sink to achieve their stated and unstated goals. Being, only the govt will be “allowed” to have weapons. Don’t think that will play out too well. Australia collected around 700,000 for destruction. There are a few more here and we are “protected” (yea, right) by the Bill of Rights. Things could get ugly but despite husseins wishes, only a bare minimun of the bills will ever reach the floor. And as long as the pressure is kept up won’t pass the house.
Molon labe.
The mere fact that Obama again invited La Raza to the WH to participate with him in immigration reform should be of far greater interest than the Nuge; but there ya go. La Raza for example; and suing Arizona by the WH are directly tied … as are many other border policies and “immigration” MO’s. Ditto with the MB. Joining with known subversives to achieve a control-freak agenda is being overlooked for some reason. Wow!
I always love it when I hear the democrats picking the budget cut victims ahead of any actual cuts – cuts that haven’t been discussed much less negotiated yet. Then stand there like a zombie and pointing their crooked finger out and braying at the republicans at the top of their lungs. How do they know who will be the budget ‘victim’ anyway?
Gun control will be different than just about anything Obummer has tackled to date. Best hope we have on this one is Obummer’s efforts fade as interest in this hot potato dwindles from a congress not really enamoured with gun control. Sure – there are a vocal few but those are the real anti-gun nuts. I’m hoping Obummer expends lots of political capitol on gun control. He’ll have a very difficult time trying to gain traction with this one. Harry Reid has already voiced his disinterest in gun control legislation. Nevada has put up with a lot from Dirty Harry – they ain’t likely to forgive and forget if he peddles a heavy dose of gun control legislation.
Congress will end up punting on gun control. Something weak will have to be passed so Obummer can save face and claim victory. And 51% will rejoice and proclaim him Emperor – and 49% of us will look and see the Emperor once again has no cloths.
I think that you’re right, we probably don’t have much to worry about from Obama and Congress vis-a-vis gun control. Obama has proven, time and again, that he either has ADD, or he’s just too lazy to maintain any kind of sustained effort at anything; hell, he didn’t even do any of the heavy lifting on ObamaCareless, his signature achievement! Pretty soon, he’ll be wrapped up in doing his March Madness brackets, going to Israel, and Easter egg rolls on the WH lawn. At least, this is one thing he can’t executive order (without starting a civil war!) Congress knows that gun control is unpopular with the voters, even in blue states, so I don’t expect much from them, either. As long as some wack job doesn’t shoot up another school or movie theater, this will be a dead issue before summer.
Perhaps Debbie “Washerwoman” Shultz will show up with Chris Dorner.
The L.A. cops still won’t know where to find him.
Let me shorten and interpret his speech in terms of the reality history has shown us for 5,000 years:
“Folks, our suicide cult marches on.”
The one positive aspect of all this is that Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is a frequent source of unintentional humor.
Yep, her and crazy old Uncle Joe, whenever they let him out of the basement; they’re gifts that keep on giving!
“Let me be clear…”
1. Michelle announces new guidelines for school lunches that include a brand new brand of salad dressing she created that’s made with small squirts of Obama body sweat and dandruff from Obama’s balding head. Students criticizing what Michelle calls a culinary masterpiece and not that old Paul Newman variety of dressing will be waterboarded until they agree to scream, “A 25 trillion deficit is just what the nation needs to jack up the job market.”
2. Obama announces his sex life has become much better since he was re-elected and started dating Sandra Fluke who Obama claims is refreshingly much lighter than Michelle when she gets on top. Incidentally, Sandra and Michelle are having cat fights ever since Michelle replaced Obama’s Viagra with blue colored X-Lax pills.
Flucke is now lobbying the Catholic Church to cover what she calls dirty bathroom sex. I don’t think anybody wants to go deeper into that.
3. Obama announces no spending cuts; especially no cuts on sex toys that Sandra especially likes putting in her mouth. Meanwhile, if this affair doesn’t stop, Michelle is threatening to service Chris Christi as soon as he can locate a certain body part below his 124 inch waist.
4, Obama is so mad that his poll numbers are going down faster than 12 year old Mexican girls meeting up with a freshly minted one thousand dollar Bob Menendez bill that Obama’s started his own polling service, which has hired all the out of work employees from the old Arthur Anderson Accounting firm, that, incidentally, went belly up in 2002, around the time Obama first asked Michelle to stop frowning and start dieting. Michelle’s signature frown apparently can be traced by to that very moment.
Bill Clinton apparently had a similar argument with Hillary when Hillary went on a jelly donut kick because she wanted to get back at Bill for his 892 girlfriends that Hillary took as a tacit criticism of her expanding looks and lack of imagination in bed. At least with men. It should be noted that around this time Hillary’s thighs started making California giant redwoods look like toothpicks. Nowadays Bill calls Hillary’s monstrous thighs as big as her lies, which Hillary doesn’t seem to mind as much.
5. The audience is stunned when Obama takes the opportunity to claim he’s actually the one who shot Osama Bin Laden. Curiously, the front page of the New York Times on line edition followed that up this morning by noting that the photograph that Obama says the fair use doctrine shouldn’t apply to states unequivically that it’s true that it’s the very shotgun used on Osama and therefore could be considered part of an ongoing investigation. Obama doesn’t seem to be afraid that an investigation will disprove his claim of shooting Osama. He cites the Benghazi investigation as an example of the public swallowing any pap Obama feeds them. Of course, this doesn’t include Michelle’s new salad dressing.
When Obama gives the State of the Union Address, you just don’t know what’s coming out of his mouth besides little Flucke hair follicles. You’d think that Obama’s rants on gun control would be a smooth transition into Flucke curly follicle control. Oh well, maybe the Obama speech writers were so busy trying to justify Obama’s nation bankrupting spending binge they didn’t think of it. At least college students goes on drinking binges. Which are so much less expensive.
Well, there’s my shot at what Obama will say. What I don’t think Obama will talking about is his narcissism, the number of Frequent Liar Miles he’s accumulated, the secrets he gives to the Russians, not to mention the New York Times or the fact he was born in Kenya, gay and will be dumping Michelle as soon as he leaves the White House.
I say that because the only joke Obama ever tells at dinner parties is the one he recently told to John McCain of all people. They got to drinking and talking about McCains days in captivity as a POW and, never to be outdone, Obama blurted out; that’s nothing. How’d you like to be married to Michelle for 19 years?
“He’s going to accuse the GOP of stonewalling, obfuscating, and being extremist. He’s going to try to get an eye roll on camera, another Wilson yell, a middle finger from Nugent, something he can milk for everything it’s worth in his quest to paint his opponents as opposite of American consensus.”
I still say it would be amazing, simply amazing, that if Obama did this and tried to pick a big fight, then the Republicans should just get up and leave. Either that, or do as the British do in the House of Commons and give Obama an earful.
Why not? The reputation of the Republicans can’t get any lower than it is now. In fact, I would say that most Republicans are angry at the RINOs in the party because they do NOT stand for anything. Republicans yearn for a real leader, a person who isn’t afraid to literally stand up to Obama and give it right back to him. Romney’s best moments in the debates were when he went head-to-head with Obama and didn’t back down. Then Romney decided to play it safe once again, not make any waves, and be “cordial” and look “presidential and above the fray.” And what did that get him? An election loss.
Americans LOVE a winner. Americans LOVE a fighter. Americans LOVE somebody who stands up and gets into the ring and beats the tar out of the other guy. Any American who denies that is just not telling you the truth. You do NOT watch the Super Bowl to watch some big guys sit in a circle and discuss current event. You watch it to see a tough battle between two good teams and you want the toughest and best team to win. THAT is what Americans demand in their leaders.
And if this “bipartisanship” bullcrap is really what Americans want and yearn for, why is it that the Democrats never, EVER, seem to go for that? With Democrats, it’s either “my way or the highway.” So why are we afraid, always afraid, of doing the same thing? People repect strength, which is why leaders like Reagan or even Teddy Roosevelt were so admired, and feared.
If Marco Rubio walked out and then gave his response to the State of the Union and said, “You know folks, I’ve had enough of the partisan bullcrap. If the Democrats so want to polarize this nation and don’t want to negotiate in good faith and be reasonable and compromise, then it’s not my job to crawl to them and beg them for a deal. Nope, this is what us conservatives stand for and we deserve a place at the table. If Obama and the Democrats are determined to play games and try to crush us, then I’m not hanging around for the lynching. Time for the Republican party and conservatives to actually LEAD and stand for something, and not hide in a corner like some timid schoolgirls. This is what we stand for. So the Democrats in Congress can either join us, or I’ll see you in four years. But the time for action is now and if we don’t get any cooperation, then we will not cooperate either.”
Rubio would get 60% of the popular vote and every conservative out there would fight to the death to get him elected. And this will never happen.
Not a bad idea to just have the Republicans and even some Democrats
get up and walk out. It might appear to be disrespectful to the office of
president, but not to the policies of this current man in the Oval Office.
Nothing new to see or hear folks, just keep moving. Do not block the IRS, DOJ and HomeLand Security from access to every aspect of your life. And remember, big brother/sister is watching you via her drones. I plan on doing something truly interesting during the state of the empire address….. watching my lawn grow.
I hope “the Nuge” keeps his seat, listens quietly to the speech, and answers any questions from the media intelligently and respectfully. His image is not what the 2nd Amendment needs right now.
Because the articulate thoughtful approach works so well with honey boo boo America. I would prefer to see more punching back twice as hard. Call the lying scumbag what he is. cnn and pmsnbc are going to do what they always do why not enjoy a modicum of satisfaction and bloody their noses.
Sen. Paul on CNN’s State of the Union with Candy Crowley- 2/10/2013
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PLX9ldBERc
The only thing that would surprise me coming out of Obama’s mouth would be “I lied.” I have no intention of wasting any time on anything this guys says. The economy stinks, unless you are manufacturing guns and ammunition. Gitmo is still open, and not closing anytime soon. We’ll be out of Afghanistan, sort of, later, so what do you tell the guys who get killed between now and the time we leave? Benghazi? Fast and Furious? Obamacare is only ten times as expensive as advertized, and still not fully implemented.
So why listen? You are going to be lied to.
we are so screwed
Can we please leave “The Nuge” out of a serious gun control debate? If we need comic relief after one we can trot him out.
I half expect O, to announce a 2 billion dollar cell phone giveaway to the N Koreans. With a ‘sternly worded’ note, of course. This will put them on the defensive
What should be spoken, but will not be, in the State of the Union message:
North Korea just exploded an A bomb which is much more powerful, but smaller and lighter than what was dropped on Hiroshima. They also have developed multi stage missile capabilities. They sell this technology to people who have religious hatred of the US. Hence, in some short time, we can expect to lose one of major our cities, under a mushroom cloud. A key target is this building.
China owns much of America, through our uncontrollable urge to go into debt, and her productivity.
Our skyrocketed unemployment rate has gone on for so long, that the numbers have lost any meaning. Skilled people have forgotten their hard earned skill. Millions have dropped out of the market, gave up hope of ever getting a job, lost their home, pride, and are living in basements.
This is especially acute in our central cities where unemployment exceeds the rates of the Great Depression. The only way to make a living in our inner cities is to sell dope, and that requires killing the competition. This is the dominant reason for our high murder rate. It is so bad that most young people, in the inner city, expect to be killed by 25.
If you rank America among developed nations, we have a very high murder rate. If you drop “developed”, we are about average. The above condition fails the test of “developed”; our urban people live in a jungle, where kill or be killed is the law.
About ten percent of our murder rate is due to insane people, who get weapons legally because their names were never into out government’s data base. Most states ignore reporting drug and insanity findings to our government.
We are welded to eternal combat. There is a continuous stream of dead and broken bodies returning from foreign lands, which our media ignores.
This may be one of the last State of the Union messages.
And most of these problems are caused by the people in this room.

Then think how many agencies who have stock piled ammo with an extreme amount!
Some might be interested in what is happening at the SCOTUS on the 15th, three days after O and his SOU address.
Scotus will be looking at the BC and SS# of O to see where he fits into our Constitutional Republic, or if he fits at all.
Orly Taits filed a suit in CA against the Secty of State and the AG for letting O be on the State ballot, of course she lost the case. But she appealed to the SCOTUS and the AG attempted to have it pitched but Kennedy said ‘no’. Justice Roberts accepted the case and set it for conference on the 15th of Feb this year.
Hopefully we will see the end of Obmama in the near future….
Gosh, we just heard the results of a radio survey asking listeners if
they would be listening to the lecture….we mean state of the union address…..
this evening. 95% responded that they would not be listening.
Of course this is a local, conservative radio station, but indeed, no one
we know plans to be listening.
Good luck, America.
What I expect…
The Barak Obama Do It Yourself Speech Kit:
Preamble: this must consist of varying portions or iterations of the following; [Place in any order you choose]
“Folks are hurtin’.” [This must be said with feeling, to show caring.]
“We have to invest in the future.” [Translation; Spend Spend Spend!]
“We need a balanced approach.” [Remember, this means Tax Increases so make it sound reasonalbe.]
“My hope and expectation is that we can put country before party and get something done for the American people.”
[This is the crux of the speech, this is where it is emphasized that any disagreement is tantamount to Treason.]
[At this point it is important to have an agenda list that will consist of proposals. Use the following skeleton to introduce each of the agenda items.]
— Obama Introduce a Subject on the Agenda —
“Some would say…” [Insert here a quotation of something No One ever says.]
“let me be perfectly clear…” [This is the place for obfuscation about the subject and any position regarding the subject.]
“We cannot simply just…” [This is where you mention something that would be the exact solution to the problem and the American People know it, i.e. "we cannot simply just drill for all the oil we need."]
“make no mistake about…” [Here is where the Exact Opposite of any of the things which are to take place are stated.]
“I reject the false choice that some would…” [Again, reiterate quotations that No One has ever said followed by Him vs. an idiotic extrapolation of any Republican position.]
“I have ordered my team to…” [Doesn't matter what actions you fill in here, they aren't going to do it.]

Our choice is a garden paradise lifestyle here with true freedom and good health with families together loving and helping each other; or we choose this world system of glorified slavery that begins from age (now 4) through old age; employment and jobs bring with it pollution to air, land, water and food already making young and old diseased and leading to extinction.
God calls us to come out from among them. Why should we receive deception and be enslaved? God has set us free.
