A Major U.S. Policy Shift Toward the Muslim Brotherhood Disguised
Here’s the headline: “U.S. to resume formal Muslim Brotherhood contacts.” But that’s not true. In fact, as the Reuters article itself admits, there have never been “formal” contacts before but only informal ones. Let’s examine the language, which stems from a “senior U.S. official,” to see what the Obama administration thinks about the Muslim Brotherhood:
A step that reflects the Islamist group’s growing political weight but that is almost certain to upset Israel and its U.S. backers.
Note how it is portrayed as an Israel-related issue. Won’t it upset people who care about U.S. interests? Won’t it upset Egyptian Christians? The Saudis and Jordanians and other relatively moderate Arab regimes? Won’t it upset Muslims who oppose revolutionary Islamism?
We are supposed to believe that only Israel and the Jews will be upset about the Obama administration moving closer to a radical antisemitic, anti-Christian, anti-American, anti-Western, pro-terrorist group that wants to repress women, kill gays, and overturn pretty much every existing government in the region. But just those Jews and their friends will be upset. You know, just like in the 1930s when certain people said that opposition to the totalitarian threat of those years was just coming from the Jews.
Reuters portrays the Brotherhood, as do many, as “a group founded in 1928 that seeks to promote its conservative vision of Islam in society.” Conservative? You mean they are like the Republican Party? You mean they are for the status quo? And of course one of the things they did since 1928 was to ally with Nazi Germany, and the Brotherhood continues to voice the same political line toward Jews that it did back then
We are also told that the Brotherhood “long ago renounced violence as a means to achieve political change in Egypt….” This is simply not true. The Brotherhood merely temporarily renounced violence within Egypt because they knew that any resort to it would get them wiped out by the regime and the army. They postponed using violence until the revolutionary era arrived. Of course, if they can take over Egypt without violence they are happy to do so.
But there’s more. Every day for decades the Brotherhood has supported violence against Israel. It has supported violence against Americans in Iraq, and on various other fronts. Why is this so hard to see?
The result has been a dilemma for the Obama administration. Former officials and analysts said it has little choice but to engage the Brotherhood directly, given its political prominence after the February 11 downfall of former President Hosni Mubarak.
That is arguably true, but by recognizing the Brotherhood and having contacts with it, the Obama administration also makes a unilateral concession encouraging the Brotherhood. People who know the Middle East understand how this works: Soon many Egyptians will say (as they said in Iran and as they now say in Turkey) that the United States wants the Islamists to win.
But, the article continues:
U.S. President Barack Obama will surely face criticism for engaging with the Brotherhood, even tentatively.
And who do they go to — Middle East analysts who can explain why this is dangerous? No, to the head of AIPAC in order to perpetuate the theme that this is merely a problem with the Jewish lobby! And who is presented to refute this? Former American diplomats. So it is the people who know versus the Jews.

Really? What if your political mentor is Bill Ayers and your spiritual mentor is Rev. Jeremiah Wright, would you consider the ascension of a radical, anti-American regime in what was once considered a major Arab ally of the US a catastrophe or a triumph? It is not just Obama, but it is the entire left in this country that has as its number one goal the defeat of America anywhere and everywhere. Human rights are simply a useful tool to batter all authoritarian allies of the US (Remember the threshold for human rights criticism is based on close the offending country is to the US.) Human rights criticism ceases once “legitimate” (i.e. leftist, anti –American, with a strong emphasis on the latter) regimes are in place. The number two goal of the left is the elimination of that “little sh-tty”, pro American country known as Israel. If you want to witness firsthand the vicious vitriol aimed at Israel just visit any large university or left-wing church. In the leftist’s dream he envisages the entire Middle East being comprised of radical, unrepentantly anti-American regimes that team together and erase Israel from the map. The systematic extermination of 6 million Jewish Israelis (irony anyone?) will serve two purposes: one to punish an entire people for being a “western tool” and, two, to show the world this is what happens when you ally yourself with America.
Using the above as your political calculus, you will realize that Obama’s foreign policy as a whole is a major success and you will be astounded at how much he has been able to undermine this country in just 2 years! Imagine America’s position in 8 years!

This is an excellent point! Will the Obama administration ever speak out on behalf of Egypt’s Christian minority? Or is the inevitable extirpation/cleansing of a non-Muslim minority of so little consequence that it doesn’t rate even a mention from Dear Leader?
The comparisons of Egypt to Nazi Germany are increasingly appropriate. First comes the overthrow of the government (mission accomplished). Next comes the “cleansing” of the state of “undesirables” (in this case Coptic Christians and any other identifiable non-Muslim minorities in the country) and then comes the war of aggression (against Israel). Egypt is in Phase II right now. It’s unclear how long it will take for Phase II to be completed. But when it is completed and there’s nobody left in Egypt to oppose it, then will come the war. Of course the Muslim Brotherhood doesn’t have to wait for Phase II to be completed to attack Israel. They’re already doing it by supporting anti-Israeli Islamist terrorism as well as the anti-Israeli agenda of the Left.
To clarify, I should say that falling into the category of “undesirables” would be all those protesters, Muslim or not, who sincerely hoped to create a Western-style democracy that protected the rights of all citizens. From the beginning it was clear that their good intentions but lack of cohesiveness or coordination would ultimately fall prey to the highly-organized and long-standing force of the MB and like-minded groups. They will be (at least) marginalized and (at worst) eliminated along with all the others who either don’t conform or in some way “threaten” the new regime.
DaOne, Billery, and the rest of the CFR government are doing what they are told to do. It should read, the U.S. CFR Globalists resume formal contacts with the Muslim Brotherhood. The Nationalist inside America, the ones that voted in 2010, and swept the Republicans in to control the House, think the Muslim Brotherhood is part of the Islamic terror network across the globe. Both physical, and political.

He can tell Muslims the correct way to practice their religion and that gaff. Remember?
The US has absolutely no strategic interests whatsoever in the swamp that is Egypt. It is time to allow the Eqyptians to take care of their own business without the benefit of billions of dollars confiscated from the pockets of US citizens. To those who simply cannot tolerate the idea of Egyptians acting as Egyptians: throw your lot in with them and make haste to move to Egypt so that you may serve as a shining beacon of Western Civilization to hoards of savages who prefer revelation to reason and the value of the herd over the individual.

Now it’s time for Barry Rubin to acknowledge that Obama’s “catastrophic” policy, as he rightfully calls it, is also being put into place by Obama intentionally, and with malice aforethought, in order to do harm to our country.
As I have commented in several blogs, this is exactly what the plan is on the part of the West, meaning US and Europe, plus China, Japan, and and Russia as well. Many may think what I say here is nothing more than conspiracy or just severe miss trust, but as it becomes more clear to us in time, you will see that what I have been saying all along is true as horrible and immoral as it sounds.
So here is what I have been saying and the link below is the start of the events shaping as I have envisioned them.
In my view, the plan for the US under Obama and the EU plus Russia, China and Japan, is to expand the Islamic belt in the entire middle east and Africa, hey even if they are expanding it into the West. It is all OK as long as we keep the tab on them. Obama is already doing it here in the US showing leniency towards extremist moslems and the expansion of the “corporate mosques” in the US. The reason for this master plan is to safe guard the massive interests of the EU, Russia, China and Japan and their oil and gas companies plus their industries from any major shake up that could result in demolition of the Islamic states. After all, Britain has been at the helm of the colonization and creation of Islamic states and governments.
Also this thinking is in line with their “leftist” point of view which is apologetic to terrorists and Islamists and appeasing to Islam in general.
Now having said that, this is exactly why the West is doing what it is in the so called “Arab Spring” uprisings so far. In Libya a dictatorship but however SECULAR regime they reacted right away by dissing Gaddafi and planning his ouster. The plan has been to oust him and put in place another “Islamic State”. The same for Egypt, another dictatorship but however SECULAR , the West reacted again right away by forcing Mubarak’s downfall and planning another “Islamic State” in the vacuum created. And we all know how Islamist LOVE vacuums they inbred and multiply in hundreds of thousands if conditions such as “vacuum” are provided. You may ask why not replacing those dictatorships with democratic secular people oriented type of governments. Well the West especially the EU, Russia, China, and Japan will never want to have free democratic regimes in the mid east and Africa. It will keep them and their interests dry. Free people will cost them huge, but Islamists can be bargained well with and keep their interests for as long as they get their securities and the hold of their power.
And exactly for all these reasons in the 2 most SECULAR countries of Iran and Syria, 2 of the most secular educated population of the region, the West stayed SILENT and has been trying to keep the regimes untouched and secured in power, because the men in power in these 2 countries are Islamists (Syria is not a Islamist state but a troll of Iran and Hezbollah which calls the shots for Syria). As you have noticed the reaction of the West to all the brave uprisings of these 2 nations, the Iranians 2 years ago and the Syrians now, has been MUTE and distant, trying to say something for the hell of saying so as not to look bad and keep a moral face, but at the same time trying hardest to safeguard the terrorists Islamic regime and its power, to not to bring in real power and freedom to the 2 nations. In case of Syria just a 2 days ago, Obama expressed such joy and relief in knowing that Syria’s Assad may try to open up to the protesters’ demands just a little as not to lose its grip onto power. To Obama it is totally cool and sufficient knowing both Islamic regime (Iran) and Syria’s Assad give JUST A LITTLE BIT OF PHONY GESTURES OF MENDING THEIR BEHAVIOR towards their people as long as they stay in power and the rest of the world can keep milking these 2 strong headed, secular educated savvy people!!!
Having this sick policy is a matter of desperation on the part of the US, in lieu of having lost its “super power” status in the world during Obama’s reign. There was a time when US had the power to set the policies in the world being a big thorn in the eyes of enemies such as Russia and other adversaries including the EU. No such thing any more. These days the Russians, Chinese, OPEC, EU, Brazil, India set the rules and US has no other choice but bowing and accommodating such policies. How we have lost our identity and pride is baffling and Obama is responsible for all the mayhem that will result from his lack of leadership and appeasement towards the terrorist regimes.
And my friends that is how the politics in the world is playing right in front of our eyes and nobody dares to think the truth, to express the truth and to fight the truth.

How eaxactly does a hostile Islamic rule help the US safeguard the EU’s, China’s and Japan’s oil interest? And why would the US wish to safeguar the interests of China and Russia anyway?
Uptil now whenever the US or the UK wanted to safeguard oil interests it 1.) didn’t include Russia and China, 2.) resulted in installing or allying with at least relatively pro-Western rulers. Why would they want an anti-American anti-Western Islamist bloc controlling large part of the Middle East? Something that might also reslut in war with Israel, which will destabilize the region and drive oil prices up, and might also lead to oil embargo which has been known to cause global recession.
That doesn’t make any sense.
The rise of Islamist regimes is bad for American interests in every way imaginable. It’s bad for its energy interests, it’s bad for its economic interests, it’s bad for peace, it’s bad for all its allies, it’s good for the spread of terrorism, and it might pause a military and nuclear threat. Islamist regimes might also participate in a global anti-American front with other anti-American forces interested in decreasing its power and replacing it, such as China and its satellites, Russia and part of Latin America, as well as possibly some Western European countries that will become more socialist or won’t have much choice being hostage to Arab oil. It’s even worse since the Muslim world, Latin America and Russia control together most of the world’s natural resources.
You’ve got to look back in history some 80 years of it, when British with the help and support of the super daddy US supported some Arab kingdoms in the oil rich states such as Kuwait, kept Jordan under its influence. Then they undermined the US’s strong ally the Shah of Iran and ousted him to put in place an Islamic State run by the mad man Khomeini, the rest is history. As for now it is to the interests of all EU nations, China and specially Russia to safeguard the security of Islamic states. Why? Well as for 1 the EU governments and I mean those socialist phony free market systems there is a huge vested capital in doing business with Islamic State occupying Iran for instance. Germnay is numero uno in trade with Islamic Republic, meaning Germany is Islamic Republic’s number 1 importer, China is 2nd and Japan 3rd. The same thing China is doing to us in the US or better said we allow them to do, they are doing in Islamic Republic occupying Iran, exporting their junk goods for security measures in the security council when needed. Same holds for Russia, but in case of Russia 1 more bargain tool has been deployed and that is the control of vast oil and gas resources of the “Caspian Sea”. During the Shah the Caspian Sea was shared equally between the Iranians and the Soviets. But now, Russia has got it all and I mean all, zilch for the Islamic Regime, all for securities in the security council. Well it has paid off for all parties involved, hasn’t it? Remember all those calls in the security council a few years back when the dirty Russians kept their feet firm on the ground preventing any real measures against the terrorist regime in occupying Iran? And I am not even talking about the billions of dollars the Islamic Republic is paying to the dirty Russians for their nuke support.
What policies had been adopted by the West back a century ago based on “oil interest” has gone awry to the face of the West and even though today’s Geo politics play different music to us and it is not all about oil, but it is about power, greed, corruption, control of oil rich region, economy and survival basically.
Politics of today is not based on “long term” interests any more, but “short term” profits and gains. All from greed and rush for more in short amount of time left for any politician or dictator.

Islam doesn’t forbid maintaining peace with Israel TEMPORARILY as long as the Muslim side is too weak to wipe it off. When the Muslim side feels it’s strong enough or Israel has weakened enough it’ll go for the kill. Of course, that doesn’t mean that in the meantime state actors won’t use non-state actors as proxies.

We the people are being big pawns in the hands of politicians and big governments. We need to fight back and stay on the course till we defeat them. The same goes for the biased ignorant media. We need to ignore them, censor them and stop paying any serious attention to the garbage they feed people.
Note: When I said “catastrophic policy” obviously I wasn’t saying catastrophic for Obama but catastrophic for U.S. interests and the region, also U.S. Arab allies, Israel, and Middle East Christians.
